BIG RESULTS NOWCAN BE ATTAINED IF ARE RESULTED NOW, FROM THE SOCIETYLETS DO OURSELF AND FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT (FDI) BE THE LAST RESORT

The survival and wellbeing of the nation depends much on its human capital, especially their sincerity and liberty. The way people discuss and argue sincerely and in a good faith, has a lot in the health of the nation. The intuition of the people to invent new ideas and technologies serve the nation and help the livelihood of the whole community. In this information age, all these have to be done as soon as possible to get time to implement and assess the outcome. To get things being done soon has also to be available soon. That means within the particular society and not otherwise. The rest can be done at a pace from abroad especially technology transfer and monetary exchanges. All these can be supplemented by trashing bureaucracy and red tape procedures and implement team work and transparency.The Tanzania National Vision 2025 has articulated driving forces for the realization of the vision as; Developmental Mindset and Empowering Culture Competence and Competitiveness Good Governance and the Rule of LawAll these driving forces bear the community behavior aspects. The culture of sincerity, commitments, hard work, thinking of others, personal development behavior, serving tradition to mention a few.Development model of Asian countries emulated by Tanzania in the program of Big Result Now (BRN), its philosophy and modality, logically is based on the aforementioned statements. After agreed on the model of brainstorming from within the society, Asian countries committed to start implementation from the grass root society; to offer microcredit to the ongoing indigenous projects and not the projects from above (proposed by WB, IMF, Bankers or other International Economists).They opted to give people microcredit to do what they are doing and let themselves plan what they have been planning. By so doing, there will be no any interference and external misalignment of their life and behavior.Moreover, no education will be needed to run those projects and to find markets. Gradually as the business grows, everything will adjust by itself- and that is how it is in Asia now. In Africa and Asia by then, we used to believe in foreign ideas/projects of which takes time to renaissance and in most cases not sustainable because they need foreign follow up and foreign way of doing. Is like copying and paste to the different template which doesnt match the origin format. The renaissance of African economy has to respect the internal projects and ideas. Thats why currently the African countries are far more partnering with Asian countries whose environments and ideas are like African countries. Therefore let us have BIG RESULTS NOW by embracing our projects and ideas RESULTED NOW within the society as advocated by economic diplomacy treaties and bilateral resolutions. Have the transformational programs being conducted to sensitize the Tanzanians to have Developmental Mindset and Empowering Culture within themselves? Do the leaders in the public sector, NGOS and other civil societies ready for Competence and Competitiveness in their daily activities for them to move the Nation to the next level as per 2025 vision? The governance and rule of rule is obtained when the country is ruled by trio: the Government machineries, NGOs and Civil societies plus common citizens.
