L0YALTY PROGRAM

A loyalty program is a rewards program offered by a company to customers who frequently make purchases. A loyalty program may give a customer advanced access to new products, special sales coupons or free merchandise.

Customers typically register their personal information with the company and are given a unique identifier, such as a numerical ID or membership card, and use that identifier when making a purchase.

Loyalty programs provide two key functions: they give a customer’s rewards for BRAND LOYALTY and they provide the issuing company with a wealth of consumer information.

A customer loyalty program is a relationship between a brand and customer. The company offers exclusive products, promotions, or pricing; in return the customer agrees to “go steady” with the business through repeat purchases or brand engagement.

Advantages of Loyalty Programs:

1. Stop competing on price with competitors

Adding a loyalty program stops you from competing on price by giving you another way to differentiate your store: you can offer an enhanced customer experience by connecting with their emotions. Let’s elaborate on that here.2. Retain existing customers

Loyal customers spend 67% more than new ones .These figures highlight that retention is one of the most cost-effective ways of increasing your profit margin.3. Increase Customer Lifetime Value

Customer Lifetime Value (CLV or CLTV) is the net profit attributed to the overall relationship brand will maintain with a customer. 4. Build personal relationships

The first step to this emotional connection and store loyalty is by showing your customers that you truly value them. 5. Create Brand Advocates

Brand advocates, they are the ones referring your store to their friends, family and if they are on social media, their followers.
