Loadtec have extensive experience in the bulk liquid industry and are able to provide comprehensive packaged solutions.A collaboration with Zipfluid in Italy combines Loadtec’s extensive fluid handling experience with a state of the art design, manufacturing and testing facility in Bologna. Loadtec and Zipfluid will also be promoting their Zip-Load range of Tanker Loading Arms and Skid Systems which provide customers with high integrity solutions for bulk transferred fluids.
THE TOTAL SOLUTION
DESIGN & PRODUCTIONTOP LOADING ARMS Top Loading Arm is an articulated, self-supported pipeline used to transfer fluids from stocking depots to road or railway tankers trough the manhole on the top of the tank.
BOTTOM LOADING ARMS Bottom Loading Arm is an articulated, self-supported pipeline used to transfer fluids from stocking depots to road or railway tankers remaining on the ground.
FOLDING STAIRSA folding stair is needed to provide safe access for the operator, from the fixed platform to the top of the tanker.
FLOATING SUCTION UNITSFloating suction units allow withdrawal of clean product near the surface of the liquid.
VALVESThe flow valve is designed to be applied to top loading arms and the dry break coupler to provide safe and clean tankers’ bottom loading and unloading operations.
SWIVEL JOINTSA wide range of swivel joints, in different materials, with different seals and in any style, to meet petroleum, chemical, industrial, food and many other applications.
PUMPSPG Pump Groups are assembled with series PU Pump Units, suitable for fuels and solvents, coupled with electric or diesel engines on galvanized carbon steel base. They can be installed on plants, marine or aviation groups, in stationary or movable assets.
