Tata Motors has adopted affirmative action policy of Tata Group which focuses on inclu-

sive growth. The community development programs have been designed to ensure inclu-

sive growth by involving marginalised sections of society .The sustainability initiatives of

Tata Motors can be broadly classified into the areas such as Health, Drinking Water, Edu-

cation, Skill Development and Environment Total expenditure reported is19.21 crores 1

which is 6.36% of the Company’s PAT excluding spend on Environment Sustainability

(about 36.22crores)
