Proweb Making it easier for your clients to spend money with you on the web!

In recent years the internet has become a VERY important media for commerce. This is

especially so with the vehicle hire and rental industry. With the likes of Expedia and ‘Holiday

Autos’ the customer has become used to a very powerful and instant portal for them to

enquire and place reservations for their vehicle hire needs.

Unfortunately, the web sites that these internet giants have created are VERY expensive to

construct and maintain.

All too many independent vehicle hire companies have a booking page on their web site

which either requests the operator to phone, or enter their details into the site and receive a

call at some point in the future.

The solution is to use Proweb in conjunction with Prohire.

What is Proweb? Proweb is a ready made, fully functional web bookings portal that integrates into and uses

the Prohire software solution.

The Vehicle Rental operator merely has to insert a piece of text into their existing web site

and they have a web portal into their Prohire system. The newly inserted Proweb area can be

made to look like the rest of the site (i.e. Colours, Images etc).

All Site, Group, Model, Tariff and Availability details are instantly retrieved from the Prohire

system. Any updates to this data in future are carried out in Prohire and not by editing the

web site.

Reservations and clients are recorded in Prohire. Returning clients simply have to enter their

password and all their details are shown.

Who is Proweb for? All vehicle hire companies require a web presence and Proweb fits that requirement superbly.
