1ABOUT RAMPAL

Rohit Kumar has vast experience as the Chairman and Managing Director

of Rampal Group. Over the course of his career Rohit Kumar has advised,

raised Equity and Financed clients in a wide range of industries such as

Infrastructure, Mining, Engineering, Real Estate, Health Care, Energy,

Alternative Energy, Aerospace, Family Trusts, Retail, and Apparel and

Textile.

Many of these companies required innovative financing solutions for their

capital needs. Rohit Kumar has significant operational experience in all

aspects of corporate finance and is well versed in creating, managing and

controlling bank groups that are commonly established to provide the

creative, complex financing needed in the current worldwide economy.

Over the last several year’s Rohit Kumar has focused on arranging

financing, both debt and equity, for a number of smaller firms which he

perceived to be under served and were more challenging at a time when,

given the liquidity in both the credit and equity markets.

As one of the founding members of Rampal Group, Rohit Kumar has been

involved in structuring and arranging financing as he have spent the

majority of his career in Investment banking, Rohit Kumar maintains

connections with bankers at Chase.

Rampal’s Group is well established conglomerate in textile industry and has

business presence in yarn dyeing, fabric processing and value addition. From

humble beginnings when it set-up in the mid-nineteen hundreds, the group has

seen rapid rise to prominence in India and abroad. The group specializes in

dyeing, Chenille and Fancy yarns amongst others.

The company is involved in manufacturing and supplying of all types of dyeing

and yarns as per client requirements and focusses on minimum wastage by

ensuring equal and active participation of all employees and management. The
