From the above, then in 2000 to 2005 began the investigation by the Public Geology in North Barito district, especially in the sub district and district of Montallat,Timang Mountain and from the results of these investigations in which the unknown territory of Timang Mountain District and Sub Montallat has enough Coal Potential to be developed and become a commodity that has added value in Economics. In 2008 together with a friends who had a vision and in the same vision and mission to form a company of PT. Makmur Perkasa Holdings which aims to cultivate and utilize the potential of coal in both Region District is at once in that year also take care of Mining Permits (KP) on behalf of PT. Makmur Perkasa Group. In March - April 2008 Mining Permit (KP) Exploration of the name of PT. Makmur Perkasa Group has been issued by the Regent of North Barito for each company is in Makmur Perkasa Group. In March - April 2010 in line with Government Policy in the Mining sector, whereby each holder of Mining Permit (KP) must hold a permit adjustments Mining Permit (IUP) and thus the entire subsidiary company of PT. Overview Greetings

Currently the core business of PT. Makmur Perkasa is in International Co Trading. Since its

establishment, the company through its subsidiary (PT. Fatahillah Makmur Perkasa) has

exported coal to its loyal overseas Customers namely Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Power

Station and TNB Janamanjung, Malaysia, Cebu Thermal Power Plant (NAGA CFTPP),

Philippines, Korea Electric Power Corporation/KUMHO, South Korea, Power Company, Power

Plant Shanghai, RRC, and etc.

To support its business, the company has made several agreements with many coal mining

companies, and has also been appointed by all Kuasa Pertambangan (KP) included Consortium

Group as exclusive market agent to market their coal product.

PT. Makmur Perkasa subsidiaries in coal mining company which has obtained the official

approval for conducting the coal mining (General Survey and Exploration Approval) for a period

of April, 2008 to April, 2010 from Government through the Department of Mining and Energy with

a letter of decision from the Director General for General Mining. Its initial first year production

capacity is 1,500,000 tons and to be increase more than 3,000,000 tons per year .
