Logistics Services

Our Logistics Services is a service which covers aspects such as the provision of warehouse logistics, PT. Hendittama Logic Solution can provide a current customer needs for Export & Import, warehouse of 2000 m2 which is equipped with a handling system, bar-coding system, CCTV monitoring, security system, covering by insurance.

Logistics Services supported by LOGIC Express distribution network spread all over Indonesia, which is equipped with a trace and tracing system on line that intergraded the system

LOGIC online.

Order Operation Services

Order operation services, is our service that can assist in making the input process a sales order (PO) and input the delivery order (DO) into the system LOGIC online. The distribution network will receive the DO then prepare the goods, packing up goods Ready to Deliver. POD / Customer are integrated into the LOGIC online; LOGIC will receive the information via online.

Operation Services in support by Processing Services that can assist the customer in terms of service Bar-coding, Flashing Software, Bundling, Rapping, Pairing, Re Packing Wood and other physical processes services according to customer needs.

Guarantee and After Sales Services

Guarantee and After Sales Services is a service that can monitor, detect the validity period of the guarantee through online LOGIC system for customer goods that have been scattered throughout Indonesia. System we can also serve returns physical goods, as well as monitoring the process returns through online LOGIC.

If needed, we can also provide Technical Services can perform grouping, cannibal, and

technical improvements to the returned goods.

Invoicing Services

Invoicing Services is one of the services we can provide in terms of Print Invoice DO shipped to the buyer. Prior to printing the invoice, then we have to provide services within the Billing Process LOGIC online.

Collecting Services

Collecting Services are services that can help our customer in the billing acceleration through Reminding (Call, SMS, Email). Payment will be in the input data and the rest of the debt will be presented in the online LOGIC. The system will provide periodic reports Payment Collection.

The facility is to monitor all Inventories located in different location / Branch / Warehouse so Actual data can be in control and can also be done to maximize the transfer of inventory items. MODULE GLOBAL MONITORING SHIPMENT
