COMPANY HISTORYKing Henry Security & Investigation Agency, Inc. is a fast-growing agency engaged in

providing security service to different government and private companies and

offices.

It was founded in 1999 by the late Pasig City Congressman Henry Padua Lanot and started

operations at Amang Rodriguez, Rosario, Pasig City. Reminiscent of other security agencies, King Henry

Security and Investigation Agency has also its share of story of ups and downs, but, because of resolute goal of

the founder to bring the agency into the mainstream, slowly and steadily, the agency has overcame all

obstacles and difficulties.

From its humble beginnings, King Henry Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. gradually increase in

number of client being serviced and so in 2002, was moved its office to a more spacious workplace located at

Venus st., Rosario, Pasig City.

The increase trend kept on and in 2005, the Agency transferred anew at #8 Circle St., Pasig Greenland

Village, Rosario, Pasig City. It was in this office location when the founder of the agency met his untimely death

which created an unexpected dwindle in its operations, albeit briefly because after the death of Congressman

Henry P. Lanot, his eldest son and namesake Henry C. Lanot II took the helm and progressively managed the

agency by hiring new faces in the agency like retired ranking military and police officers and certified security

professionals having vast knowledge in agency operations.

To better serve its guard force, King Henry Security & Investigation Agency moved its office to a more

accessible location at the 3rd Floor JEMCO building, C. Raymundo Avenue, Rosario, Pasig City. While holding

offices in this location, the agency simultaneously constructing its own building structure in Maybunga, Pasig

City.

Finally, on October 2011, King Henry Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. under the leadership of Mr.

Henry C. Lanot II settled its offices to the agency-owned ZEN Building located at #75 F. Legaspi St., Maybunga,

Pasig City.

To date, the agency continues to grow and is ready to provide service to the highest standards.

SECURITY GUARD FORCEKing Henry Security and Investigation Agency guards undergoes series of

screening before finally included in the roster. As such, the client is assured that

the guards posted in their establishment are competent and reliable.

Our guard services is available 24 hours a day for all types of businesses.

We provide services for companies ranging from retail and detachments. King

Henry Security & Investigation Agency is capable of providing security guards at a

moments notice. Our roster of guards are customer-oriented professionals, fully

uniformed and equipped with the necessary tools to get the job done right. Our

guard force is well trained in security policy and procedures. In addition, they are

trained to provide excellent customer service.

We train our security guards to do more than deter, detect and report. We

train them to be a concierge, receptionist, and representative of your company.

Each client can expect our guards to be subjected to regular inspection by

our agency officers. This helps ensure our clients receive the services promised

and more.

The agency conducts security surveys and audits free of charge to clients. This

is to help them in assessing and determining what specific security needs is

proper and suitable to their establishments.

The agency may conduct background investigation of their prospective

employees at minimal expense of clients. The background investigation may

include all necessary information e.g. reference verification, employment

history, criminal history, community standing, etc.
