OVERVIEW

Icons Consultants JA is a consultancy group based in

Kingston, Jamaica providing affordable services to

individuals as well as businesses. While we are best

known for our Specialist Visa Application Services, we

also provide bespoke training workshops and virtual

office management for small businesses.

Icons Consultants is registered with the Office of the Registrars of Jamaica. (I

consult Visa Specialist) with its head office based at 36 Burlington Avenue

Kingston 10, and a branch based in Westmoreland.

As a new company starting in 2010 our Visa business has thrived mainly through

referrals by clients who have been successful in receiving their visas. Citing a

positive customer experience, even our existing clients whose visas are pending

are more than happy to recommend us to family and friends.

SANDRA LYNCH-GRANT – FOUNDER

After migrating to Jamaica some 3 ½ years ago, I could not help

but notice that Jamaicans had so much to offer, especially in the

work place, but this potential is often hindered by the lack of

Customer Service Training Skills. Jamaica is very orientated

towards the retail sector and the lack of proper Customer

Service Training is letting the workforce down.

In my 25 years of working in the UK all of my jobs encompassed Customer

Services and 15 of those years was spent running my own company, of which

Customer Service was key to everything that was done and achieved. Because

of this I had been asked on numerous occasions to talk on Customer Service

Training as other companies were happy to use the same model that I had

implemented in my business. Based on my experiences I am happy to be able to

share my knowledge with others in this field.
