Fabdec was founded in 1960, as part of the Dec International Group USA. In theyears that followed Fabdec became, andstill remains the No. 1 for milk cooling inthe UK.

In 1985 Fabdec acquired ElektrogenoGmbH in Germany which led to the expansion of its export activities for whichthe company received the Queens Awardfor Export. In 2000, Kingston SomersetLtd., including its subsidiary in Ireland, wasalso acquired. Through this Fabdec becamethe market leader for milking spares.

In 2002, the group was bought out fromDec International by a European Management Team. In the following yearthe group was restructured into Fabdec Ltd UK, Fabdec GmbHin Germany and Fabdec Ireland Ltd.

Water HeatersHeating water is one of our core competences. After years of experience indesign and manufacturing, Fabdec hasdeveloped an unvented water heaterwhich provides fast and safe mains-fedhot water. Its ultra-modern design offersreliability and longevity, being manufactured from high quality stainlesssteel. Sizes range from 25 to 2,000 litres.

Therma-Stor is a unique heat recoveryunit based on technology proven for 30 years.

It utilizes waste heat from refrigeration or air conditioning systems to heat water, giving substantial savings on water heating bills. Manufactured from highquality stainless steel, sizes range from200 to 1,200 litres.

SPECIALPRODUCTSRenowned for our world-class manufacturing, Fabdec’s expertise lies inwelding thin gauge stainless steel fabricated products, which are used in avariety of applications.
