ine, Bergamo, heart of textile production “Made in Italy“, to the extreme Asian continent and the distant South America, FKgroup has carried its brand name with the most eminent Italian and International brands in textile production in all its segments, from Fashion to Home Textile, from Automotive to Composites Fabrics.

FKgroup’s business philosophy is to change each environment into a new concept of production. A way of thinking the cutting room that FKgroup applies in care of the needs and in the best “tailor made” service.

Desde hace más de 55 años, el grupo es un punto de referencia irrenunciable para el análisis, el proyecto y la automatización de la sala de corte. Desde la sede de Dál-mine, Bérgamo, histórico polo productivo textil, desde el extremo continente asiáti-co, hasta la lejana Sur América, FKgroup ha ligado su marca a las más prestigiosas firmas italianas e internacionales en la producción textil en todos sus usos, moda, home textil, abarcando hasta el automotor y los tejidos técnicos compuestos.

La filosofía empresarial de FKgroup hace da cada empresa un microcosmos por modelar según las exigencias de quien lo habita. Un modo de pensar la sala de corte que se traduce en el cuidado de las exigencias y en un servicio siempre im-pecable y “a medida”.

The group’s history began in 1961, when Flavio Cattini, founder of the company, develops and produces one of the first spreading ma-

chines in the world with electrical parts. After 10 years from its founda-tion, FKgroup becomes world leader in spreading machines with more than 1.000 units installed all over the Globe. Later emerges the idea of proposing prestigious solutions to discerning users, selected with the expert eye of someone who knows the secrets of this job. Thus begins a long journey with the passion for the finest quality. With time, the craftsmanship of the origins blends with experience in high-level research & development, projecting FKgroup to be selected among the biggest names in the industry. So, FKgroup evolves, first with CAD Software and later with cutting machines, launching the company and FKgroup’s know-how worldwide. All this with the utmost fidelity to the founder’s original idea.

HISTORIA

La historia del grupo comienza en 1961, cuando Flavio Cattini, fundador de la empresa, desarrolla y produce una de las primeras máquinas de extendido en el mundo con partes eléctricas. Después de 10 años de su creación, convirtiéndo-se en líder mundial en la fabricación de máquinas de extendido alcanzando las 1.000 unidades instaladas. Aflora la idea de proponer a una clientela siempre más exigente, soluciones de absoluto prestigio, elegidas con el ojo experto de quien conoce los secretos del oficio. Comienza así un largo camino bajo el signo de la pasión para la calidad total.

Durante el tiempo, la pericia artesanal de los orígenes se funde con la experien-cia en el proyecto, llevando FKgroup a ser seleccionada entre los mayores nombres del sector. Así, FKgroup se evoluciona. Primero con las aplicaciones software y sucesivamente con las máquinas de corte, proyectando la marca y el know-how de FKgroup en todo el mundo. Un crecimiento perseguido con la máxima fidelidad a la idea del fundador.

1961. Flavio Cattini, actual presidente de FKgroup, proyectaba y construía en Carpi (Módena) con la mar-ca CARON la primera máquina para el extendido con partes electromecánicas; el proyecto continuó en Zin-gonia (Bérgamo) donde nace la primera máquina de extendido en el mundo con componentes electrónicos.

1981. Flavio Cattini funda la FK arna srl y continúa con el proyecto y la fabricación de máquinas para el extendido.

1990. A apenas 10 años de la fundación, FK arna se convierte en líder mundial en la construcción de máquinas para el extendido, alcanzando las 1.000 unidades instaladas en todos los continentes.

1991. Hace ya casi treinta años que comenzaba la producción en escala industrial de la máquina de corte para tejidos a Conveyor modelo “TP-3002”; muchas de aquellas máquinas aún son operativas en la ac-tualidad. El CAD nacido en 1987 llegó a la versión 7, con “TexWin7” se produce el paso del CAD del DOS a Windows; sigue “Tex Win 8” con DB Access y, en pocos años, “TexWin10” con SQL server.

1995. Es el año de creación de la máquina de corte con banco fijo “BILIARDO”, ideal para las produccio-nes medianas y pequeñas en espacios reducidos.

2007. Sergio Gori, co-fundador en 1984 de Investro-nica Italia, entra en la estructura societaria de FK arna y FK systema: nace una única empresa con la marca FKgroup.

2008. Nuevas e importantes inversiones permiten recrear el CAD, las máquinas de extendido “490 PLC”, las máquinas para el corte automático “Top Cut 3 “Top Cut 8”; nace el software “WOM PDM”. 2010. Se producen las nuevas máquinas “Top Cut 6” y “Top Cut 8” que montan nuevos filtros certificados para el automotor ISO 5011 contra los polvos más finos; nace la nueva versión CAD. Se aplican a las máquinas los sistemas “Eco Power” que permiten consumos promedio de hasta 4 veces inferiores a la competencia. Nace, en colaboración con SIEMENS, el corte automático “Freccia” para colchones de hasta 2,5 cm y se pone en producción la nueva máquina de extendido “590”.

2014. Debido al gran número de pedidos de los mer-cados asiáticos, comienza la producción de la nueva “Top Cut 9”, corte automático para altos espesores en los géneros de punto; se crea también la línea de máquinas de corte y de extendido “Super Jeans”, dedi-cadas a las grandes producciones de Denim. 2015. Se proyecta la línea de máquinas de corte “Tecno” para tejidos técnicos y para el automotor. Como 20 años antes el “Biliardo” inauguraba el corte con banco fijo de las fibras naturales, nace ahora el modelo “Brutus” para el corte estático de los tejidos técnicos: un must en el corte de Carbono, Kevlar y fibra de vidrio.

2017. FKgroup obtiene la certificación ISO 9001- 2015 de TÜV SUD. La producción se duplica y se abren tres nuevas áreas de producción en Osio Sotto (Bérgamo); FKgroup obtiene de Cerved Rating el excelente Rating Público B1.1.

2018. FKgroup requiere el protocolo energético MEP del TÜV y obtiene el increíble A+ GOLD, con IDCL 100 a 5,9 kW y consumos certificados hasta 4 veces inferiores a los de la competencia. La internaciona-lización del grupo ha visto la entrada en el paquete accionario de la empresa americana PGM System Inc. aumentando las sinergías con Shangai (PRC) además de aquellas con Temple City (USA). Se abre una filial en Mulhouse (F).

2019. Es un año especial para FKgroup que se fortale-ce aún más y se convierte en “S.A.”; Modefinance (sociedad europea de rating, reconocida por ESMA) aumenta la clase d FK GROUP, haciéndola subir de “BBB” a “A”, un rating definido como “óptimo”.

1991. Nearly thirty years ago, the industri-al-scale production of the “TP-3002” Conveyor fabric cutting machine began; many of those machines are still operating today. The CAD was created in 1987 in DOS, at the version 7, with “TexWin7”, the passage of CAD from DOS to Windows is inaugurated; followed by “Tex Win 8” with DB Access and, within a few years, “TexWin10” with SQL server.

1995. It is the year of the launch of the “BILIAR-DO” static cutting machine, ideal for medi-um-small productions in small spaces.

2007. Sergio Gori, co-founder of Investronica Italia in 1984, joins the company structure of FK arna and FK systema: a single company with the FKgroup brand is born.

2008. New important investments make it possible to re-create the CAD, the “490 PLC” spreading machines, the “Top Cut 3” Top Cut 8 “automatic cutting machines; “WOM PDM” software is born.

2010. The new “Top Cut 6” and “Top Cut 8” machines are produced, which feature new cer-tification ISO 5011 for filters against the finest powders. The new CAD version is also born.The “Eco Power” systems are applied to the

machines, allowing average consumption up to 4 times lower than the competition.The “Freccia” automatic cutting machine for mattresses up to 2.5 cm is created in collabora-tion with SIEMENS and the new “590” spread-ing machine is put into production.

2014. Due to the great demand of Asian mar-kets, the production of the new “Top Cut 9”, au-tomatic cutting for high thicknesses in knitwear, begins. the “Super Jeans” line of cutting and spreading machines is also created, dedicated to the great productions of Denim.

2015. The “Tecno” line of cutting machines for technical and auto-motive fabrics is designed. Like 20 years before the “Biliardo” inaugurated the Static cutting of natural fibres, the “Brutus” model was born for the static cutting of techni-cal fabrics: a must in cutting Carbon, Kevlar and fiberglass.

2017. FKgroup receives ISO 9001-2015 certifi-cation from TÜV SUD.Production doubles and three new production units are opened in Osio Sotto (BG).FKgroup obtains the excellent Public Rating B1.1 from Cerved Rating.

2018. FKgroup achieves the TÜV MEP energy protocol and obtains the incredible A+ GOLD, with IDCL 100 at 5.9 kW and certified con-sumption up to 4 times lower than those of the competition. The internationalization programme of the group saw the entry in the shareholding asset of the American based PGM System Inc. thus creating synergies with Shanghai (PRC), as well as those with Temple City (USA). A branch is opened in Mulhouse (France).

2019. It’s a special year for FKgroup, becoming even stronger and it reaches a turning point by becoming a joint stock company. Modefinance (European society of rating, recognized by ESMA) increases the class of FKgroup making it rise from “BBB” to “A”, a rating defined as “excellent”.
