• In operation since July 2012

• We bought a SA Argus 1060 laser cutting & engraving machine. It boasts a

working area of 600mm x 1000mm.

• Lasers have now been used in the making of signage and similar products for over 20 years! In that time frame, many changes have occurred, but one thing remains constant: sign makers & other professionals are finding more & more reasons to use laser technology for providing quality products & services for their customers.

• Laser cutting machines runs 5 times the speed of a CNC machine, as well as giving a beautifully finished edge with perfect accuracy & very intricate detail, where required.

• With a laser-engraving machine, we are able to offer a wide variety of products.

POSSIBLE BUSINESS USES INCLUDE: • LABELLING & MARKING:

• Typically produced using anodized aluminium or engravers plastic, control panels can be engraved at high precision. Customize each control panel, create once off designs or mass produce the panels.

PERSONALIZED CORPORATE GIFTS: • Corporate gifts are ordered by companies who want to reward their customers or

for major promotions or as a thank-you to every staff member after a large account is secured. Corporate gifts range from glasses, wine bottles, wine boxes, pens, key rings to diaries etc.

RUBBER STAMPS: • Rubber can be engraved to create rubber stamps for decorative, business or

personal use. • Because rubber is thick, stiff material, getting a defined cut can be difficult with

standard tools. Our laser machine employs a moving laser head to vaporize a programmed design into rubber. This leaves a clean, very sharp engraving for consistent & legible stamping.

designs that are too complex for creating by hand, cut smooth curves and even engrave.
