Manufacturing Process The company is engaged manufacturing Hardened & Ground Spur and Helical Gears, shafts and other parts related to industrial gearboxes as per requirement and drawings of customer. The process is laid down as follows: Raw Material Raw material of the gears is in the form of rolled round bars or forged. The Raw Material used is alloy steel i.e. 16MnCr5, 20MnCr5, SAE-8620, EN-19, EN-24, EN- 36, EN-353, 18CrNiMo7-6, 34CrNiMo6V etc as per customers requirement.
