The institution is intended to be a platform to drive transformation whilst maintaining a clear focus on delivering the much needed returns on our clients’ savings and investments. Izukanji is a Chartered Accountant with over 7 years’ experience in accounting and finance. Her working career in the accounting profession started off with AMO Chartered Accountants in 2011 were she worked as a Management Trainee, the position she held for one year. She later joined Focus Financial Services Limited as a Credit Control Analyst and Accountant where she worked for 4 years.

Izukanji later moved to Focus Capital as Company Accountant and worked there for two years. Prior to her accounting career, she pursued a diploma in Chemical Engineering at the Copperbelt University. Upon completion of her engineering course, she was employed with ZCCM Acid Plant for 6 months and later moved to Evelyn Hone College for 3 years as a lecturer in the Applied Sciences department. Izukanji joined Longhorn Associates in March 2020 as a Company Accountant.

Kabwe Chileshe, BBA, - Business

Kabwe Chileshe is an experienced Sales and Marketing professional with over seven (7) years in the profession.

Kabwe’s experience involves having spear headed the expansion into new markets on the copperbelt for Post Newspapers Ltd whose multiple holdings included their Courier, Newspaper and Advertising businesses. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Copperbelt University and is a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.

Natasha is an Economist by profession with not only broad experience, but also a career in Corporate Sales and Marketing in the Capital Markets Industry. She has worked as Business Development Executive at Laurence Paul Investment services as well as Uniturtle Industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Cavendish University Zambia, and is a causative member of the Economics Association of Zambia (EAZ). Natasha is responsible for building business by identifying, marketing, selling and maintaining relationships with corporate and Institutional Prospects.

Her proficiency stretches from advisory mechanisms to corporate entities, in relation to structuring and implementing their investment needs, as well as that of their employees.
