Ashwini has close to 20 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Operations

Having a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, he heads and drives the entire Execution Process making sure strict timelines and deadlines are met. Ashutosh specializes in Cost Control and Quality Assurance; making sure Projects are successfully executed . Ashutosh has strong leadership capabilities to seamlessly deliver big-scaled Projects. Shubham is an Architect with core expertise into Project Plannning & Management . Shubham has an excellent understanding of the life cycle involved in Construction & Interior Projects.He believes an architect to be a sensitive observer with a concern for social issues and their context, without limiting to technical expertise.

Shubham specializes in Value-Engineering and Project Budgeting making sure the Project is executed accordingly. He is involved in each project from concept to delivery, encompassing planning, monitoring, inter-discipline co-ordination, and resource planning. equipments manufacturing such as diesel engines and boilers, air pollution control equipments, centrifugal fans etc. with reputed industry houses such as Kirloskar oil engines, Western India Erectors, Walchandnagar Industries Ltd, Thermax Ltd. He has extensive experience in Energy Efficiency and Conservation, energy auditing, training in energy conservation, conducting seminars in energy management and conservation, and consultancy in energy conservation. He has devoted over 6 Years in manufacturing energy conservation equipments and systems, selling and implementing project to improve energy efficiency and reducing customers operating energy cost. Mr. Kanetkar has developed innovative products to recover waste heat of refrigeration compressor to generate hot water at 500 to 700 C free of operating energy costs.
