MP Prime is an Acrylic Primer, Rust inhibitor designed for bare metal and asphalt surfaces prior to receiving an 838 Restorative Coating. Excellent stain blocking as well as rust inhibiting characteristics make MP Prime an effective and labor saving product.

Supreme is an Extremely Tough Kraton Based Roof Coating. Highly water resistant, 0% water absorption per ASTM D-471. Supreme is a very aggressive Solvent Based Coating that adheres to multiple substrates.

838 Si-High, Solvent-Free Silicone Roof Coating is a one-component, moisture curing silicone rubber roof coating system. 838 Si-High silicone roof coating is a high performing protective coating for a variety of roofing surfaces. 838 Si-High silicone roof coating forms a breathable and weatherproof roofing membrane that is highly UV resistant to weathering. Available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon Drums

838 Supreme FG/PG is a flashing grade sealant. Designed to seal and flash all major commercial roofing materials. 838 Supreme FG/PG is a high solid based material that works as a multi-purpose Sealant with many roofing uses. Recommend usage with 838 Supreme Elastomeric Roof Coating. Available in 3 gallon pails.

Multi-Purpose Sealant is a Hybrid Moisture Cure Elastomer Sealant. Tenacious adhesion to most substrates, 100% solids, Perfect for universal roof repair, will not blister, adheres to all major roofing materials. Perfect for metal roof seams, fasteners and overall fabric less repair. Pouches, 2 gallon and 5 gallon pails available.

Acrylic Flashing Grade Sealant, UV Stable, High Solids, designed to repair/seal roof penetrations and flashings prior to coating or as a repair only. Also available in 2 gallon pail.

Fast 1 is a Single Step applied Solvent Free Roof Coating. F1 is designed for Single Step application from 1-3 gallons per square, saving considerably on labor. O% water absorption means highly durable in ponding areas. Low VOC and cure times between 1-4 hrs.
