About the awardThe award, now in its fourth year, is an exciting initiative, organised by EngineersIreland, aimed at recognising innovative companies where Continuing ProfessionalDevelopment (CPD) practices among their engineering/technician staff havedemonstrated clear-cut business benefits. The award helps to identify and share bestpractices and to celebrate the achievements of accredited companies.

What do you have to do to win?The award is judged by a panel of senior, expert executives who are looking to identify bestpractices across three key areas. Marks are awarded for the following:

The projects should be linked to one or more ofthe seven CPD Accreditation criteria (see www.engineersireland.ie/criteria) and thesubmission should include relevant examples.
