OWAC Engineering Company S.r.l. nasce da un’esperienza pluriennale maturata nell’ambito di attività di supporto ed asistenza ad aziende, sia pubbliche che private, nel settore dell’ingegneria ambientale, dei processi industriali complessi e della produzione di energia elettrica da fonti rinnovabili.

L’azienda, grazie alla competenza acquisita negli anni, alla capacità di combinare soluzioni progettuali complesse con uno sguardo sempre attento all’innovazione tecnologica, ha portato a compimento diverse iniziative industriali, nel campo del trattamento rifiuti e delle bonifiche ambientali, seguendo i Committenti lungo tutto l’iter procedurale dalla progettazione alla messa in esercizio degli impianti.

I problemi ambientali di scala globale sono di pubblico dominio da diversi anni, è necessario per la sopravvivenza del genere umano un brusco cambio di tendenza nella produzione di emissioni inquinanti di vario tipo.In quest’ottica è necessario ridurre a monte la produzione di materia non riciclabile, ma anche selezionare a valle tutto quello che può essere riutilizzato.

Convinti che questa sia la sfida tecnico/tecnologica del prossimo decennio, abbiamo sviluppato con partner internazionali diversi progetti pilota come le attività volte alla promozione di sistemi integrati e virtuosi per la gestione ed il trattamento dei rifiuti, con particolare attenzione per i paesi nei quali le tematiche ambientali risultano ancora carenti e privi di programmazione strutturata ed efficiente.

The environmental problems in global scale, are worldwide known since many years, and to guarantee human existence it is absolutely necessary to provide a drastic change in the production of different polluting emissions.From this point of view it can be clearly said that it is fundamental to reduce non renewable materia , but it is also very important to select everything that could be used again.

Underlining that this is the technical/technological challenge of the next decade, we started working with international partners and we projected in this direction.We have done plural activities to achieve the promotion of integrate and virtuous systems used to manage and treat waste. Giving a particular attention to those countries in which the environmental issues are still huge and where there is a significant lack for an efficient and well structured plan to act.

Siamo costantemente impegnati in campo internazionale con partecipazione a fiere di settore, tender, consulenze su tematiche ambientali e studi di fattibilità ed all’apertura di desk tecnici nei paesi di interesse.Il nostro know how acquisito nel tempo è ricercato sopratutto da paesi in via di sviluppo o con gravi problemi ambientali legati alla produzione massiva.

Ricerche scientifiche

Owac ha recentemente attivato una collaborazione con il Dipartimento di Ingegneria Meccanica ed Areonautica dell’Università La Sapienza di Roma (DIMA), ricevendo il mandato di rappresentarla nella promozione di attività industriali legate alla produzione ed all’impiego di combustibili solidi secondari con relativa valorizzazione energetica. I nostri campi di ricerca e sviluppo sono: • innovazione tecnologica nel campo energetico ed ambientale;• trattamenti e della valorizzazione dei rifiuti urbani e speciali, con particolare

riferimento al recupero di materiali e di energia;• sperimentazione di nuove attività tecnico scientifiche nel campo del

trattamento dei rifiuti in conformità alla normativa italiana ed europea volte alla valorizzazione dei rifiuti per la produzione di energia;

• promozione di nuove attività industriali nel territorio asiatico per la trasformazione dei rifiuti e la produzione di CSS combustibile;

• studi di fattibilità per la promozione e la realizzazione di sistemi integrati di gestione dei rifiuti nel territorio asiatico;

• formazione di tecnici asiatici da poter impiegare nello sviluppo delle energie rinnovabili;

• organizzazione di conferenze e work-shop per la promozione delle attività tecniche svolte al fine di fornire un adeguato orientamento professionale;
