A Metalmaster Roofmaster Master Service Agreement is a simple and cost effective means to proactively maintain and service your roof. The Agreement will provide annual or bi-annual visual inspections of the entire roofing system including, but not limited to: roof related sheet metal, seams, flashing details, penetrations, and skylights, etc., by our qualified service personnel. You can rest assured that any issues will be addressed prior to becoming larger and more costly problems and the valuable protection of your warranty will remain in full force and effect. Your roofing system is a significant and costly investment which is vital to protecting valuable interior contents. Roof issues must be addressed quickly and efficiently before more extensive and

costly damage occurs. Metalmaster Roofmaster provides a “24/7 Service Commitment” to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service in the industry.
