OUR MISSION

Promelectronics JSC was founded on 15 February 1993. Now the company is one of the biggest Rus-sian suppliers of electronic components and the biggest one on the market of the Urals and Siberia regions. Providing electronic equipment producers with full range of electronic components and related products is our main business. The company is headquartered in Yekaterinburg city. The main sales office, warehouse and retail store are also situated in Yekaterinburg. More than 40 000 line items from domestic producers and world famous brands at our stock are available to our customers. Promelectronica Company is the official distributor of several major international manufacturers: STMicroelectronics, TDK / Epcos, LG Innotek, Yageo, Hahn Trafo, Kingbright, and others. Large stocks of products distinguish our company from other suppliers and allow us to make a rapid response to customer demands. Clients can buy our products from our warehouse and also make orders“by request”. To better serve customers in all industrial regions of Russia we expand our regional presence by open-ing branches and building strong and lasting relationships with regional dealers. Our own Shop “Radiodetali” in Yekaterinburg is one of the 3 most significant specialized stores selling electronic components in Russia. Promelectronics holds technical seminars and training courses for engineers of electronics manufac-turers, and provides customers with the means of debugging and development tools and samples. Technical articles written by engineers of the company and seminar materials are posted on our website promelec.ru.To exchange views and discuss engineers’ actual matters our web-forum is created and running. Promelectronics company Quality Management System is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008.

HISTORY OF COMPANY

1993 The company was founded.

1996 Website www.promelec.ru was launched; it is one of the first websites dedicated to supply and distribution of electronic com-ponents in Russia.

1998 The company’s branch office in Moscow was opened, dealersoffices in Chelyabinsk, Omsk and St. Petersburg were established.

1999 Dealer network was expanded to Tomsk, Tyumen, Penza and Izhevsk; the staff exceeded 100 employees.

2000 Number of the company’s dealers increased to 15.

2002 PROMELECTRONICS entered into several authorized distribution agreements with world’s largest manufacturers of electronic com-ponents; the first annual dealers’ conference took place.

2003 The company became a member of The ARDEC (Association of Russian Distributors of Electronic Components).

2004 Promelectronica-VPK was founded as supplier of high reliability electronic components.

2005 The company received the ISO-9001-2000 Quality Management System certificate; the company’s own software was improved, allowing for consolidation of stocks of many electronic compo-nents suppliers in Russia.

2006 Wieland Electric RUS was founded as the official trade represen-tative of Wieland Electric GmbH in Russia; the staff exceeded 160 employees.

2009 Germany-based subsidiary Promelektronik GMBH was estab-lished.

2010 Opened offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-Don; the company’s network of dealers reached 41 companies in 20cities of Russia.

2012 Opened a new warehouse. New ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX was launched.
