This department is entrusted with the responsibilities of marketing and merchandising of all products of Dody Exportwear Ltd. This department is headed by an expert who is well known in the field of Bangladesh Sweater Garments industry since 1989. He is assisted by a group of qualified professionals with the rank and status of GM & executives.

Quality Assurance:

Our commitment is, we shall try to satisfy all of our customers by supplying them quality products with zero tolerance defects. We will try to fulfill buyer requirements & exceed their expectation by continuous quality improvement.

To ensure the quality product following team are working behind it. Quality assurance GM: 1 Person Quality assurance manager: 2 Person QC In charge: 8 Person Quality controller 16 Person Inspector 60 Person Piece goods quality control:

We carry out 100% inspection of all pieces of goods prior to packing. We have Knitting and linking inspection section. Light check is performed after linking. In iron process we have measurement control section. At the final QC process goods go through light check again. Before packing, goods should pass through metal detector. In every point we have also individual QC team who are responsible for the quality of goods. Random final statistical audit:

Once merchandise has been duly checked/inspected by the finishing section, a final audit is carried out by qualified QCs., Merchandise are presently audited at 1 AQL.

Commercial:

Dody Exportwear Ltd. has a unique commercial team dedicated to unhindered marketing of its goods and timely shipping. This team is well groomed‐up under the prudent guidance of GM, Marketing & Commercial. The motto of this department is to respond round the clock from any part of the globe; just to meet the demand of our valued customers. Our commercial department is always at your reach through modern gadget/equipment.

Accounts and Finance Department:

This department is headed by Director Finance who is well known in the field of Bangladesh He is assisted by a qualified and long experienced Accounts manger, Finance and other Accounts Executives. This department is using internationally accepted system of audit & accounts by adopting latest Accounting Software.

Compliance:

We have modern trained compliance teams with full setup. They are responsible to monitor and maintaining compliance issue continuously. We have modern CT‐PAT store system with 22 CCTV cameras including recording system. Compliance team is organized as per organogram and to maintain as per country law and buyers COC.

Therefore, security department is comprised with well trained security staffs. The Manager security is a retired military officer. Retired armed forces personnel have been drawn in the security department. Round the clock security, spreading total aspect of production have been taken into consideration.
