ple who are hungry, come to us, buy the uncle dan’s product, and they become full. So they will leave our booth with happy
tummy.
3. Company’s logo picture—a Taiwanese grandpa—is to represent our product that is so Taiwanese. The grandpa had full of Tai-
wanese atribut such as taiwanese’s cloth, long beard, and also the fez to ensure and attract the people of it. Also, the Taiwan-
ese grandpa designed so happy because it’s collerated with our tagline–come hungry, leave happy–so our customer will be
happy too.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Establishing a business is need believe by all the member. We through many busi-
ness idea appear and long discussion which one is suitable for our targeting market. Think
the opportunity, difficulty and all the struggle with appear then. To have value added is
important to make people attraction what our product strength is. After long discussion,
we decide to sell food with the taste of Taiwan and chicken as the main ingredients.
Uncle Dan company is culinary company that bring Taiwanese crispy chicken in the
new level to the society. Our main product is crispy chicken and french fries that mixed
together in one package. To satisfy the customer, we provide 3 main taste which is Salt
and Pepper, BBQ, and Seaweed. In addition, we provide chili powder fow those who like
spicy. With rather affordable price, getting 100% guaranteed authentic Taiwan street
snack, lots of them, plus some potato bits that will make customer very satisfied. And yes,
that is what we’re serving the customer, a box of satisfaction.
Through this crispy chicken, we succesfully bring the taste of Taiwan to Indonesian
people. Without replaced the taste of Indonesia, which like spicy at all, we provide the
customer choice to use chili powder or not. Even all the main ingredients we import from
Taiwan, we still serve the authentic Taiwan cispy chicken with affordable price in the very
first place. We can bridging the gap of people in middle economic level to Taiwan taste,
that popular in expensive price and not suitable place to reach.
Our value to bring people to taste of Taiwan also support by vibe of our booth. Full
of red and chinnese decoration, we plan to bring the atmosphere of Taiwan. We could
bring people feel like they’re in Taiwan at the very first seeing our booth. We attract peo-
ple to see our booth, and taste our product. Even all the execution run well, because the
successfull of our team work to build everything as we planned before.

We translate the greater good by having a good idea in connecting the
gap. We believe Taiwan crispy chicken is still expensive and have an unreacha-
ble place for people in middle low economic level. We have research before to
see how the market catch the atmosphere of Taiwan street snacks, and the re-
sult was people waiting to taste Taiwan street snack that the name is branding
as deliciouse food with the good taste. Looking forward to see this opportunity,
we bring most popular snack in Shihlin Night Market, most precious snack mar-
ket in Taiwan, that is crispy chicken.
Coming up with the idea of crispy chicken, we want to bring this popular
snack in Taiwan to reachable for people in middle low economic lever, especial-
ly college student. We bridging the people gap that thing import snack is ex-
pensive and hard to reach. We shift these mindset and bring our crispy chicken
with affordabel price and become easier to reach. We want to make people did
not need to go to mall only to taste authentic Taiwan crispy chicken.
Price and place become our strategy to implemented connecting the gap
in society. With Rp. 20.000 people can taste authentic crispy chicken with
french fries mixed together in one box of satisfaction. Placed in around ITB, we
offer to deliver our product right in customer house. Our strategy was suc-
cesfully deliver the idea to connecting the gap of middle low economic people
with authentic Taiwan crispy chicken.

Marketing Marketing division of Uncle Dan’s has responsible to introduce and promote our company to all of
the customers. The process include make a design logo, banner, menu, decoration booth, promoting on social media, and so on.
These are the following duties that had been done by marketing division : Design the logo of Uncle Dan’s
The most important thing in a company—besides name—is a logo. A logo will be the identity of the company, and the uniqe logo obviously will attract people and also make a mark of it.
Make banner and all the decoration of booth Because Uncle Dan set up a stand in a certain place to sell the product, for example Phar-
manova Event and Lily N Rose, we have to make our stand as unique as we can so people will attracted and come to our booth. The stand will represent the product by the decoration of it. For example a big banner, x banner, also the decoration such as lampions, chalkboard, golden cat, and all the other things.
Social media promotion We have to admit that social media is the best way to promote a product, because it can
reach all of the people so they will know about it and tend to buy our product. Uncle Dan have an official instagram named @uncledan.co also line@ official where people can directly order our menu by contact @vfg2755s
Partnership We decided to join Pharmanova Event also Lily N’ Rose to sell our product, so we will get
more customers. And also, we collaborated with Sakeca in Lily N’ Rose because Sakeca is one of prospectable company that we can joined together.
Product
Operation is Uncle Dan’s most important division that’s responsible to do trial and error to make sure that Uncle Dan’s can deliver the best product to the customers. Its work results determine whether our products is well made or not in the execution days. In order to reach that particular objective, our operation division has implemented sev-eral methods as follow :
Trial and Error Product Operation makes a Trial and Error Product before the execution days. The purpose of this Trial and Error Product is to ensure that the product is best served in the execu tion days and to minimalize the error in the execution days. Ingredient Restocking We get our ingredients from several resources. We cooperate a chicken vendor from traditional market near one of our Nephew’s house, Ray Samuel, to supply our main ingredient. We also bought our flavoring powder from ORICUP, a live distributor that provides ingredients of Taiwanese food snack. And for package, we get it from pack aging vendor in Pagarsih called Big Papa. Ingredient Managing If there are any ingredients that remain in our chicken, we save it in a cool-box and we store it at freezer at Wibi’s house to keep our ingredients fresh for tomorrow. Ingredient and Utensil Managing We always check our ingredients and utensils the night before the execution days to make sure everything is well prepared, so the execution will go smoothly Every staffs must keep the hygiene for the products Every staffs in cooking section must wear gloves while cooking to keep the hygiene of the products
Execution Execution division has responsibility to manage all of the technical in execution day. It is
include loading dock, preparation, until the execution day itself. The main thing is execution need to make sure the whole thing needed in the execution day will be available. Not only technical, we support the execution team to help the product cook in the station. Also, execution team will stand by to deliver our product to the customer as part of Uncle Dan strategy to satisfy our customer.

Customer Segments
Our customer segments is low-middle economic people, in especially our target is college
students. We want them as our target to implement our idea in the greater good to bridging
and connecting the gap between people in middle-low economic with Taiwanese crispy
chicken. Our sgmenting target was successfully implemented. Mainly, our customers are
college student who want to taste the authentic Taiwan crispy chicken
Value Prepositions.
We would like to bring the good seasoning and high quality of the product to deliver to our
customer. We want from the very first bite, customer can judge the quality that we bring to
our product. We offer satisfaction with affordable price in the whole package of our product.
We focus to bring the atmosphere of Taiwan to Uncle Dan company. Not only the decoration,
but also the packaging we design as well as Taiwan did. The main thing in the taste that full of
Taiwan character that like salty and crunchy food.
Channels
We try to reach our customer by using direct marketing and social media. Attractive booth
and design, we try to make people attract to our stand and curious about our product. This is
one of the effective way we found to reach our customer as well. Even if it have bigger cost
to make any banner, lampion, and so on but it’s the way work best to reach our customer.
Beside, we use social media to get people know about our company. In order to make people
know us and what is our product exactly, buzzing in social media still effective way. It cost
lower but required designing skill. Both our channel work in effective way to reach our

We always communicate with our customer in order to improve our product. We do believe
customer is the main thing in our business. With survey and ask testimonial, we try our best

To make an authentic product, we need to have person who can cook perfectly. Our
human resources is the main thing needed to make the chicken well done cock and
crispy. We choose the best resources that we have to cook, even to seasoning that have
good feeling to give the flavour powder.

Raw Material consist of chicken fillet, potato, flour, and seasoning. We try to find best
quality of eac raw material that we need to serve best quality product also

We try to find all the ingridients 1 day before the execution. Product and execution team
find all the thing needed in the market and other place that relevant

Become a new comer business, we try to make people know that we have a new
innovation in product. We take picture of our product, make poster, and give tester to
random people in our targeting place. This activities we did mostly everyday to promote
our product to the society and make people curios about our product as well.
Research
We try to have well preperation before the execution days. We have research in place and
price. These two thing hold important role in our business. Before the day we find the place
that have big opportunity to selling the product with the survey by execution team. Beside,
we decide our price by the target segmenting and their opinion with the questionnaire.
Selling the product
We selling our product in several places whis is SBM ITB, ATM Centre ITB, and Lily and Rose.
During the selling product we also have production in our booth that consist of many
station indeed. Not only the production, we still promote our product in the day with direct
marketing and social media buzzing
Key Partnership Mainly we have 2 kind of partnership:
Internal Partnership: This partnership we build with another company in business
simulation. We have partnership with Sakeca company to share our booth and making the
promotion more eye catching and complement us that selling salty product.
External Partnership: This kind of partnership we build to another company or vendor or
event to make our business run well. We have partnership with Nestle that provide us
dispenser to selling Milo and Nestea. Beside we have partnership with several people to
promote our product in social media and giving them discount for buying our product.
Cost Structure Our cost structure consist of production and operational cost. Mostly, we spend lot of cost to
production of our product, buying raw material, packaging, and so on. Our production cost
spend more than 50% of all of the cost we paid. Then, operational cost that we spend for rent
place, rent tent, marketing expense, and so on. This main two kind of cost we spend effectively
to gain more revenue and profit at the same time.
Revenue Streams
Our revenue earn by selling the crispy chicken and beverages. These two thing are most
valuable revenue for our business. Mainly, most of the revenues earn
fro m the crispy chicken, as we expected before. Even if the beverage did not give any
significant revenue, but it still give us many benefit then.
Basically all we expected to our business is run perfectly. Regarding to our business canvas, it was
helpful to us run the business. We have guide to make our business run and facing several problem.
Our business model give us many benefit to learn and face any kind of problem appear during the
simuation business week. After seeing the business canvas and the real business model in the past 5
weeks, mostly all of we plan before is well implemented. Starting from the customer segments untill
the revenue streams the whole thing work at all.

ISSUES AND CHALLENGE PRE—EXECUTION WEEK
1. Finding the right chicken distributor. It is quite difficult to find one that match our budget. Because we didn’t
need a regular chicken, we need chicken breast and that’s why the price is more expensive. It is also not easy to
find a chicken seller that willing to flattened the chicken breast as we needed it to be.
Solution: At first we were looking for chicken breast fillet in supermarket such as Borma and Griya
because we think that chicken breast fillet wouldn’t be available in traditional market. But after that we
try to reach out a chicken distributors in a traditional market. One of our nephews, Ray Samuel just
happens to have a chicken distributor in a traditional market near his house. After doing some research,
Sam said that the price is the cheapest amongs all distributors that we reach out. The price is Rp45,000/
kilos. Comparing to supermarkets offer that could reach Rp58,000-Rp65,000/kilos, we had a pretty
good deal on our chicken. But for our flattening process, in the end we did it ourselves because it is kind
of difficult to asked our chicken distributor to flattened them seeing that they’re also busy. And it is no
way possible that they’re able to flattened 15 kilos chicken in a day while selling another.
1. We also finding trouble to find a packaging vendors which provide suitable price. After we found one, the mak-
ing process of the packaging takes times around 7-10 days. Acknowledging the issues, we asked our marketing
team to fasten the designing process of the packaging so that we could give the design faster and the design
could be processed as soon as possible. But after we give the design, our CMO Mazaya Ramadhani thoughts it
would be better if our packaging is smaller so the product will appear fuller. So she try to contact Big Papa (our
packaging vendor) and ask if we change our packaging size would that be affecting the time to process our
packaging and Big Papa said no it won’t affect anything. So finally Mazaya decided to change the size. When it
comes to time that our packaging should be done, Big Papa said it hasn’t done yet because we changed our
packaging size etcetera. On that situation, we try to asked them to fasten the production process knowing that
it was our first day of execution. But Big Papa said they couldn’t so we didn’t have our packaging on our first
day of execution.
Solution: To find a packaging vendors, Product and Execution team are doing research to some
place such as Cibadak, Baltos, and lastly Pagarsih. We found that Big Papa are the cheapest packag-
ing vendor that cost Rp1,800/Pieces for the large one, and Rp1,500/pieces for the smaller one. In
Big Papa, we could choose how many color that we want freely. Other packaging vendors only al-
lowing us to use one color besides white and if we wanted to add more color we should pay Rp300/
color. Our packaging contains 4 colors and of course, we choose Big Papa to be our packaging ven-
dor. After handing Big Papa our packaging design, Our marketing team decided to change the size
of our packaging to be smaller and it is causing the production process to be late. Our solution for
the first day of execution is to buy another plain packaging from Baltos about 25 pieces. But Big Pa-
pa said that we could come and get our packaging the very next morning so our second day of exe-
cution is already using our original packaging.
3. The next problem is we are having trouble in finding the right composition for our chicken’s sea
soning. Because we take a Taiwaneese dishes as our inspirations, we only know the taste and the
look of seasoned crispy chicken. We never cook any or even know the recipe.
Solution: We do research on the internet. All about Taiwaneese crispy chicken. And in the
end we found an online store that specialize on selling Taiwaneese snack’s raw materials.
After asking some questions, we decided to buy every ingridients that we need on an
online store called OriCup on Instagram. And thankfully, OriCup are based in Kopo, Ban-
dung so we don’t have to wait 2 days or more to receive the product. We decided to
GoSend the product everytime we ordered and the products arrived within an hour.
Execution Week
1. Rainy day Solution: Offer delivery order to customer, so customer still can buy our product without any barrier to go to our booth. Our execution team well prepared about this kind of situa tion, they are ready to use rain coat and delivery to customer house immediately 2. Time for prepration too long Solution: Make sure all the stuff and material needed in the execution day ready from the day before. Brief how to prepare the whole thing, so all member goes effectively to pre pare all the booth, cooking stuff, and everything 3. Decoration not attract enough the customer when in Pharmanova event Solution: Bring speaker and play song to attract people looking for the source of the music and interest to see our booth and finally want to try our product

Manage a company even if only business simulation is one of the greatest chance that I ever get. It is an honor for me to become CEO of Uncle Dan Company. It is hard to lead every-one from different background, character, and all creative thinking that they have. I face every problem, issue, and chal-lenge that happen in this past 5 weeks. I can not do everything by my self, but team work is the best solution to through the whole thing happen. I’m bless to have a team that support each other, to have good performances in this company and try to solve all the company problem. I have great experience in this past 5 weeks. I learned how to manage people, communicate with people, try to find solution in any problem, also how to find good place to see opportunity. All the thing I learned will be useful for my life in the future. To become entrepreneur as not easy as we see. It is lot of struggle, up and down and facing new challange. Hope this past 5 weeks will be my best teacher and all the experi-ence will be used when I start my business later!

My name is Ade Aulia Yasmin and my position in Uncle Dan & Co is a Chief Finance Officer (CFO). My main duty in this company are keeping the financial and budgeting on track, allocating the funds for each divi-
sion in this company with the approval of the CEO, and records any transaction that happen on behalf of this company also I'm the one
who's responsible for making the financial report. In this division, I work along with Arum and fortunately our division's job went pretty smooth. In this past 5 weeks of Business Simullation I realized that I've learned a
lot of things that would be beneficial for all my friends and I in the fu-ture. for example, during our pre-execution week we're asked to decide
what would we offer to the customer by this Business Simullation. It improves our ability to think fast and effectively because our sales
would definitely rely on our choices. And as a CFO I learned a lot of things that I didn't know before. such as creating a proper financial report, and I also learned how to communi-
cate a problem in a nice way and try to solve every problem that we faced calmly and of course full of calculation.
When our sales didn't reach a target that we set beforehand, we solved that problem by setting an individual target for each of the Uncle Dan & Co members. and the result was quite as our expecting. the sales num-
ber does increased and able to compete with the other days. In the end I was very happy to see how's our company profit turn out to
be. we all finally learn how to do business even if there's some difficul-ties along the way but that's the one thing that makes us who we are
today.
Senna Haritsyah
My position at uncle dan are vice head of the execution division, my
job is to scout for places that can be used to sell our product, i also
heped in preparing the place that we will use to sell our product and
cleaning up the place after we use it. I also provide the place to cook
our products on weekdays and helped to make the product, the only
difficulty that i find are the member of our company are all a worka-
holic so nobody want to stop working, often the kitchen is full of peo-
ple that want to work so its a little difficult for me to work.
What i learn from this project is that making a company/startup busi-
ness is not easy, we have to do A lot of preparation and observation
on the target market, we also have to choose the right people to work
with so that the work will be effective and efficient. I also learn about
who to work with and who not to work with in my group as there are
some people that work very slowly and inefficiently thus they are not
a good partner to choose for making a business.
The main thing that i have learned that in every business there are
ups and downs and it's up to us to recover from our failure so that we
can be more successful than before.

I’m really happy and proud to be one of the member from Un-
cle Dan. Uncle Dan is a really good business that can be widely
spread and I think Uncle Dan can be a good franchise in the
future. We choose Uncle Dan as our business because I think a
lot of people like chicken and we want to make it to Taiwan
crispy chicken that attract a lot of people. I think I have tried to
give my best for this company because I really wanted to be one
of the member of best company. My position in this company
was vice head of production division and my job was to think
about the idea about the thing that we wanted to sell and how
to produce it properly. After we had agreed that we want to sell
Taiwan Cripy Chicken literally I directly found fresh chicken from
the market and all of the group member deal with the price of
the chicken. In the execution week I always tried to give my
best to this group such as arrive on time and also I really like to
be in the kitchen. My job in the kitchen was different each time
because it was based on the shift schedule but I often had job
to cut chicken and seasoning. I never skipped the meeting and
execution so at least I tried to give my best for this group and
also our CEO was really deserve to be our leader because we

Five weeks work as a group in Uncle Dan company is not easy
but it is not dificult too. Too look for our potential is not
easy.In the frist task division, i entered execution company,
but after a week CEO said that i must move to production
company.Same with me,some of our member also move to
other divison.To got an idea about our product,each of us do
brainstroming and its hard for me to get an idea.Finally we
choose chicken product.In the preparation phase we do re-
search and development about our product and finally we
sell our product for the frist time in Pharmanova event at
ITB. After that we do delivery service for who wants to buy
our product. I deliver the product to customer.i deliver the
product from our kitche to itb and some place.In this situa-
tion time is our limit because we must deliver it quickly in
order to when customer eat the product they eat with crispy
taste.

5 weeks passed. I experienced lots of things with Uncle Dan
Company. I learned about teamwork, hardwork, loyalty,
time management, and sacrifice. In the company, mostly I
worked as a person who did the ‘flour’ thing because that is
where I am good at. I am not really good at promoting but I
tried to tell all my friends about the products that Uncle Dan
sells and when my friend bought 4 pcs at that time, she told
me that she really like the crispy chicken because it is really
tasty and that makes me excited so I thanked her. Also in
Uncle Dan, when it was weekend mostly we worked until
night and unfortunately it makes my health drop so I could
not join with the others until the last day we sell crispy
chicken on Tuesday. But I am happy that I can get closer
with others and also get to know about their characters . I

pelajaran yang akademik dan non akademik. Saya jadi tau dalam perizinan dalam berjualan saya juga tau bagaimanan sebuah system dalam berbisnis kuliner, banyak hal yang ter-
jadi ketika saya menjalani simulasi bisnis ini . mulai dari kerjasama dan keegoisan tiap seseorang . Sistem yang dibuat dalam simulasi bisnis ini ternyata tidaklah mudah. Ada hak
serta kewajiban diatas urusan pribadi. Keprofesionalitasan seseorang diuji disini . ketika seseorang sudah tidak terbiasa dengan hal ini mungkin akan menyerah dan putus asa. Saya juga belajar akan mengatur segalanya agar tetap pada
rencana, dimana hal ini merupakan hal yang sangat ringkih dimana sifat malas saya yang berbanding terbalik dengan tugas yang saya emban maka dari itu saya belajar untuk

I was always excited about Business Simulation. I was even more excited
that I saw my team mates, they are considerably extraordinary persons
that would be great to work with. I was also chosen to be the Chief Mar-
keting Officer. I knew from the start that it would be a great responsibility,
that it would come with whole lot of deadlines of artwork. It was rather
hard at first to adjust with the timeline, since there haven’t been clear
timelines, the works and deadlines comes very sudden, especially that I got
another urgent responsibility in Performance Art. I need to work fast, but
also need to give the best I can. As the weeks go, preparation and execu-
tion, me and the marketing team prepared the decoration, also social me-
dia utilization. Although hectic, this experience has given me so much, es-
pecially time and finance management.
Salma Sulthanah
I am Salma Sulthanah, assigned in Marketing Division
of Uncle Dan Company (Tutorial 1D). Dandy, our CEO
appointed me to be in the Marketing Division because
I have skill in designing posters so it would be benefi-
cial for the business promotion. I was really happy be-
cause I thought that I couldn’t do anything for the
company. My mind was distracted because of person-
al problems that I have. So, being trusted to be a Vice
Manager of Marketing Division light up my spirit be-
cause Marketing is one of the most important aspect
to decide whether the products can be sold in high
number or not. So I was trying to put my best effort in
creating logo, photos in social media, etc. I don’t want

Ketika terpilih jadi anggota dari company lu, gua melihat banyak
orang berpotensi yg lu pilih dan, dan gua mau masuk ke divisi
marketing, tapi kayanya yg gua lakuin belum cukup membantu
company ini, sorry banget ya.
Gua ngeliat nih company punya potensi, asal di dalam suatu
acara atau festival.
Yang gua dapetin dari uncle dan, gua jadi tau sifatsifat orang,
khususnya gua yg gua tau banget ternyata gua seterlambat itu
jadi orang hahahaha.
Kalo dari ilmu yg didapet, gua rasa semua udah cukup, dengan
adanya simbis ini, gua jadi tau target market bandung, dan segila
apa persaingan disini.
Uncle dan meski ga berinovasi, hanya meniru dan memodifikasi,
gua salut, produk kita emang paling enak, dan dari harganya pun
mampu bersaing.

I am the Co-CFO in this company. As Co-CFO, my job is to
help my CFO to manage and controlling all of the initial capi-
tal given, by making all of the financial report’s company
such as daily report, income statement, cash flow, balance
sheet, inventory, ROA and ROI, and so on. Also, we have to
sum up all of the revenue, expenses and the profit of com-
pany. After that, we have to make financial final report and
also company’s final report. I admit it if my job in this com-
pany maybe not being maximal in financial division because I
just join this division in the middle of the time, so I didn’t
know all of the financial details start from the beginning. But
I already done my best and i do believe if my CEO, CFO and
other staff will understand me. Im here to learn too. And I
already done my very best that I could do in this company.
Safira Amalia Hapsari
My name is Safira Amalia Hapsari and become part of Uncle
Dan company in marketing division. I learned many things
from this division from how to promote the product and per-
suade customer to buy the product and also push me to know
how to design poster. I learned about teamwork, time man-
agement and about how to give task to another member
without burden them. Beside learn about promoting the
product sometime I help anything that I can do while execu-
tion days because I want to know how the execution works
and know obstacles when realization. Many lessons that I can
learn from this simulation business and hope this tasks be-
come one step for learning to another great tasks.

Menurut aku company uncle dan itu companynya se-
ru,rame,hebo. Aku di uncle dan itu masuk divisi prodact,tapi aku
biasanya kerjanya di tempat kasir,jaga minuman dan kasih ma-
kanan ke konsumen,dan kalaw aku di dapur akunya suka mene-
pungin ayam dan suka potong-potong ayam. Tapi di uncle dan ini
orang-orang suka datang telat dari perjanjian,contohnya bukanya
jam 9 orang yang datangnya jam 10,terus di uncle dan itu ceonya
tegas,terus di suka buat target perhari,dan terkadangkalah aku-
nya suka jarang tidak sampai target.tapi selalu kok sampai target
tapi kadang.teruorang yang suka kerja masak suka jarang mau
gantiin sama orang lain,maunya mereka terus tapi seru kok di un-
cle dan.terus menurut aku di company uncle dan ini beda sama
company lain,di company ini kita kerja dari pagi sampai malam
tapi kalaw company lain itu tidak mereka kerja pagi ya pulang

Uncle Dan is a company that makes me feel like we are family. I
get so much lessons from this company. I learn how to work with
people, how to manage people, etc. But, the most important
thing is, i learn that business is not easy as i expect. 5 weeks is a
short time, but it can be enough if we do the right things and do
the things rightly. I know that i hadn't done my best, but i try to
be maximal in this business simulation. As the execution division
member, i give everything that i can do. I searched for a place
that we can execute for our business, i prepared the logistic, and
i was active at the kitchen. Fortunately, i have a good leader for
my division and also my company. I give my biggest appreciation
for the CEO and also Execution division leader that have lead me
to get better and better everyday. Last, i want to say thank you
for all of Uncle Dan members which gave me a time to work to-
gether, happy, and sad together

Business simulation is a very difficult task for me, because it
taught me how to run a company to make a profit, and of the
challenge, I realized that getting money is very difficult to do.
From the beginning I felt to find ideas is not easy to get, even
the first part of this challenge has prompted my brain. And
when the project is underway, I chose the production division
for me to work because I'm very interested in technical things
and make products. In addition, production activity is a very
difficult job, because I should always careful to produce a quality
product that loved by consumer and we must always maintain
cleanliness, but I'm very motivated to do all the work well be-
cause I want to take a lesson from this project as much as I can.
When this is done, I am quite satisfied with my performance in
working in the company since the division I have passed all pro-
duction targets. Overall, I feel great full to work with this compa-
ny and I can learn about the ups and downs in the company, not
only was I able to learn about the role of business.

Self-reflection : i learn a lot from this business simulation.
First, i learn how to manage people especially my product
division, i think i did it well because i always give direction
that ceo give me for them and guide them to accomplish
our jobdesk. Also i always working with them not just giv-
ing orders. Second, i learn about an innovation can't intro-
duce in 2 weeks. at the first time, i already believe that so i create a
shihlin rebranding product and i think this works really well. Third, i
learn about your business sometimes through up and down. You can't
expect your business is always on top. So you have to be carefull
about your investment. Fourth, i learn about how to use your capital
efficiently. Fifth, i learn about marketing strategy is very important for
business, you have to set your target as high as possible if you want
your business works well

Contributing in a self-made company with good co-workers was one of the
best opportunity that I could ever get. It was once in a lifetime thing that I
would never regret.
I’ve always wanted to make my own company and business to make my
own income to ease my parent’s burden. From this task, I know how much
detail that we have to be concerned about when we want to initiate a busi-
ness. I also learn how to understand the diversity of my co-workers person-
ality, so I have to tolerate the differences that I will face. I will surely imple-
ment things that I learned in my future business.

Menurut saya Selama saya menjalankan simbis, hal yang paling saya sering lakukan adalah membeli bahan baku serta delivery. Sebagai eksekusi, saya tentu juga suka membantu mengangkat barang dan
merapihkannya. Saya juga sering membantu memasak. Sulitnya bagi saya adalah membantu memasak karena seuanya pada gila kerja
sehingga susah kalua mau gantian. Akibatnya saya sering suka gaada kerjaan selain mengantar pesanan sama membeli bahan baku. Tetapi
saya juga mengerti bahwa di posisi saya sekarang saya lebih tepat untuk membantu simbis saya dalam segala macam hal yang membu-tuhkan kendaraan pribadi. Walau begitu saya menikmati waktu saya
sebagai anggota dari Simbis Uncle Dan karena saya memiliki waktu yang cukup menyenangkan selama saya bekerja di uncle dan mulai dari jatuh bangun sampai jatuh lagi dan akhirnya bisa bangun lagi.
Dan juga saya bisa mengenal karakter rekan kerja dengan lebih baik selama menjalankan simbis ini. Dan juga saya belajar bahwa dalam
tiap usaha pasti ada saja yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana dan bagaimana kita harus menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dengan baik.
Dan juga saya belajar bahwa teamwork adalah hal yang paling penting dalam menjalankan simbis ini
