VARIO Chemistry Pumping Units combine the latest control circuitry and software with state-of-the-art mechanics. They can achieve an ultimate vacuum down to 0.6 mbar and provide all the advantages of dedicated chemistry diaphragm pumps. VARIO Chemistry Pumping Units are quiet in operation. They generate a 100% oil-free vacuum. Gases and vapours only come in contact with plastics of optimum chemical resistance.

Perfect control over your processThe VACUU·bUS Control bus provides the internal communication between the nT VARIO Diaphragm Pump and the CVC 3000 Vacuum Controller. In combination with a range of accessories, this new control bus facilitates the user-friendly design even of complex vacuum installations.
