FCC Community News March 2020 COMMUNITY IMPACT REPORT Since FC Cincinnati's launch in 2015, a key tenant of the club has been to engage with the community. With the expansion to Major League Soccer in 2018, FCC increased its community investment. The team and the FC Cincinnati Foundation invested more than $1.5 million in the Greater Cincinnati area in 2019 alone, with a focus on youth enrichment utilizing soccer and participating in MLS WORKS community initiatives. While this work extends across the region, a focus is placed on our neighbors in the West End. The coming year will see expanded programming, both growing existing programs and launching new initiatives that complement the goals and vision of the club and its not-for-profit arm. Some of the new programming launching this year includes the club's first full Special Olympics Unified Team, Actions Matter anti-bullying program in Cincinnati Public Schools and Soccer Unites in-school youth soccer programming. You can find details in the first annual Community Report found on our website at fccincinnati.com/community.
