Why a web-based technology?
• Goal of the Center: to use technology to advance the care of patients recovering from acute illness or managing chronic illnesses in their homes
• Student demand: Evaluations from Community Health Nursing Students requested more online assignments
• Scalability: NU 261- Community Health Clinical Lab – has 8 sections using sites all over the greater Boston area
