You can also use your VET qualification to gain employment and a source of income while you study.We even have pathway courses available that provide you with a scholarship from UOW to undertake a University Bridging Program. VET Student Loans are available at the College for students in Diploma courses. This enables students to ‘study now and pay later’ with a government loan. Students repay their loan to the Australian Government

through the tax system once a student reaches an income threshold for repayment. If you secure a Smart & Skilled subsidy, you only need to VET Student Loan your student fee rather than the entire course cost.

SILVER FOX COMPUTER HELP DROP-IN SESSIONS No need to book – just turn up! Pick the Silver Foxes brains, share ideas, learn new tricks and try out new programs. The RISE Program of classes is intended for students who have a disability. RISE stands for Rewarding Inclusive Social Education and the classes are designed to support students living with a disability to learn skills, have fun, socialise in a recreational setting and to participate in the local community. The RISE Program incorporates our very popular ICEP (Inclusive Community Education Program) and is now open to anyone with a disability to enrol.

ICEP will continue to be funded by the ADHC Division of the NSW Government during the NDIS transition period so if you are already enrolled as an ICEP student all you need to do is to continue to attend and just let the College know when you have moved on to an NDIS Plan. If you are not already one of our ICEP students and would like to join one of our classes make sure that you let your NDIS Planner know so that it can be included in your First NDIS Plan.
