Keep connected with God. Draw near to God and let Him draw near to you.

Look out for what God is teaching you and how God is growing you through this time.

For His many blessings.

For those who are being ‘Christ’ to others.

For all of those who are working behind the scenes.

For our tech team.

For those significant men in our lives.

For the new connections we are making with folk.

For the encouraging reduction in numbers of Covid 19 cases.

For our Pastors.

For our Pastoral Care Team.

Glenda Wade (Mukti Australia) thanks God for the generous

response of friends to the Covid-19 appeal for both India and

Sri Lanka. Because of this response many families have been

assisted with food relief parcels.

For our families.

For those in our Church family who are on their own.

For those who are facing operations, or rehab, without the support of family.

For those in our Church family who are grieving.

For our kids and families leaders.

For the Senior Pastor Search Committee.

For our health workers.

Pray for all of those who have had, or continue to have extended time away from

their families to assist with our current state of emergency.

For our National and State leaders.

For the NP Mission Ministry leaders meeting this week, to share updates from

Partnerships, review mission financial support and pray together for this global

component of our church.

(CONTINUED FROM PAGE 1)

7. Stay Active:

Exercise and stretch regularly.

Eat nutritious foods, refraining from emotional or mindless eating.

Take up a new hobby!

‘Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, Who is in you, Whom you have

received from God? You are not your own; you were bought with a price. Therefore honor God

with your body.’ (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

8. Draw on your personal support network and coping strategies.

Also ask ourselves: "Which neighbour or friend needs my help?” “Who can I share my resources

with to help them cope?”

‘Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but to the interests of others.’ (Philippians 2:4)

Love & blessings,

Glenda

As things continue to be uncertain in terms of what will happen with the stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne over the coming weeks,

let us remember that we can be certain God will be with us and we will make it through this.

Let us all remember to turn to God in our time of need, He can sustain us. Isaiah 40 is a great passage to read for a bit of

encouragement.

The impact of stage 4 restrictions remains the same for the time being. The offices and buildings are closed and all the ministries

continue to meet via online means where they can.

Please continue to pray for those who are struggling with this lockdown and if you are one of those people then please let us know

so our pastoral care team can be aware of your situation. (Email: [email protected] or phone: 59738888) We want to be

able to support one another during this time.

As always you can check all the details here. https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus

(Joshua 1:9)

Thank you to everyone who is continuing to support the church through your tithes and offerings.

God continues to surprise us with the generosity of people’s giving even in such uncertain times.

Please continue to pray for the families and businesses that are suffering financially as a result of

the government restrictions.

One area, of our offering, that is significantly down is our Donation Fund (tax deductible). This
