Communication is the process of transferring signals/messages between a sender and a receiver through various methods (written words, nonverbal cues, spoken words). Allocate two groups of ways by which interaction between people can be carried out: verbal and nonverbal means of communication. It is considered that verbal communication gives less information on the purposes, truthfulness of information and other aspects of communication while on nonverbal manifestations it is possible to determine many moments which can't be advertized in conversation. But different means of communication depending on a situation are applicable and significant.

Sign language-For people with hearing loss Body language- Dance, hug , etc. Texting- Still can keep in touch by texting. Speaking- Telling someone some information. Posture- Standing in a certain way to express yourself e.g.

having your arms crossed might show you’re not interested.

Gesture- Good thumbs wave, High Five, etc. Eye contact-Looking at someone’s eyes, so they know they

have your attention. Facial expression- Looking excited, smiling, sad, etc. Sound- Making a noise to alert someone Touch- when you kiss someone, you’re showing your love

to them by touching them.

Effective verbal or spoken communication is dependent on a number of factors and cannot be fully isolated from other important interpersonal skills

such as non-verbal communication, listening skills and clarification.

Verbal communication with the help of words is carried out. The verbal means of communication is considered the speech. We can communicate by means of written or oral speech. Speech activity is divided into some types: speaking – hearing and the letter – reading. In this plan one of the main moments is ability to talk also in psychological sense. Too often people have various psychological barriers or fear to come into contacts with other people.

Nonverbal means of communication are necessary for people for clarity in understanding of each other. Naturally, nonverbal manifestations concern only oral communication.

Main functions of nonverbal communication:

Addition of the said message Repetition of the told Expression of a contradiction between in word and deed Emphasis on something Replacement of words

Means of nonverbal communication:• Gestures and pose• Mimicry and look• Distance between interlocutors and touches• Intonation and characteristics of a voice

It is known that the man and the woman differently perceive the world. It also concerns also communication process.It is established that the need for communication at women is more than one and a half times higher, than at men

Difference in communication of men and women:

1. For the woman process of communication, is important for the man - result2. Woman much more the best listener. 3. At conversation of the woman smile more often, they look in the face, men - aside.4. Women lie incomparably best of all5. The man's speech is shorter as the man is more categorical in judgments
