BUSINESS ISSUE
• The business need is to transform the present Consumer Campaign Management process integrating inbound and outbound activities
across multiple channels (call center, interactive voice responder, web, …) to leverage innovative marketing initiatives, to suggest the NEXT
BEST ACTION and to reduce time to market.
SOLUTION
• SAS is providing an integrated software solution that will:
o cover the whole Campaign Management process, including the decision tree for the near real time next best actions based on the right priority;
o help sales and marketing analysts and campaign managers to design and execute marketing actions with a powerful workflow mapped on the Customer
Intelligence solution.
• Accenture is the prime contractor for the project which includes significant system integration services, SAS will cover Quality Assurance and
Quality Support
ANTICIPATED RESULTS
• Project up & running for the inbound part and is currently in delivery phase for the outbound one.
• In-bound volumes:
o 25M consumer customers
o 4M contacts per day on 5 in-bound channels:IVR1, IVR2, WEB, Call Center, POS
o 130 transactions per second
o Currently 400 campaigns for the in-bound channels
