Wednesday morning Women’s Study: September 5 – November 14 - Whether you are a seasoned Bible reader or struggle to keep up with studying Scripture, Open Your Bible will leave you with a greater appreciation for the Word of God, a deeper understanding of its authority, and a stronger desire to know the Bible inside and out. Join Raechel Myers and Amanda Bible Williams, the women behind She Reads Truth, in this 7-session Bible study. Using powerful storytelling, real- life examples, and scripture itself, Open Your Bible will quench a thirst you might not even know you have—one that can only be satisfied by God’s Word. Patti Dills and Kelly Sorrell will be leading this study in Room 109 beginning at 9:00 am. Sign-up will be in the Commons. You may purchase your workbook at lifeway.com for $14.99 plus shipping. Childcare available upon request. Sunday evening Women’s Study begins: September 9 – November 11 – “Answering Your Question About Faith” study is returning. Sabrina McDonald will be leading this Bible study for women to discuss the puzzling questions you have about Christianity, theology, or Christian living. We will start each session with a question that has been submitted by the attendees. Nothing is off topic. We will discuss anything from theology to how faith and politics collide. This Bible study is intended to get Christian women thinking about why they believe what they believe and to equip them to have intelligent conversation with unbelievers in the world. We are meeting at 6:30pm in room 110. Women’s Bible Study: August 29 – November 14 - Women’s Bible study begins Wednesday evening, August 29 at 6:00pm: Steadfast Love – A study of Psalm 107 by Lauren Chandler. Susan Shively will be leading this study in Room 103. Sign-up will be in the Commons. Cost of workbook is $13.00. Men’s Bible Study: August 29 – November 14 - Men’s Ministry Bible study begins Wednesday evening, August 29 at 6:00pm: Act Like Men by James MacDonald. Men are so busy doing so many different things; when not working, their free time is often full of the trivial or sinful. Mike Robertson will be facilitating this DVD-based study in Room 109. Sign-up will be in the Commons. Cost of workbook is $13.00. Fall Bible Study/Precept Upon Precept: “Consider Jesus, Your Merciful High Priest” (Hebrews - Part 1): Monday Evenings starting September 10th from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM in Room 111.
