To Nicola Sturgeon (First Minister),

We the people having forwarded a copy of the ‘Declaration of the Common Law Court’

for you to examine, write to acknowledge your refusal to answer the people within the

period given.

The current privileged position you hold was granted by the people to protect their rights

and interests. As a paid employee, the First Minister answers to the people and we trust

that they, your people are always close to your heart.

For centuries now the people have used their inalienable right to create various lawful

documents which were used to establish and protect our rights. These documents (see

below) still stand today and are used as a foundation for the people and are first

principal law.

Year

Magna Carta 1215

The Declaration of Arbroath 1320

The Bill of Rights 1688/89

The Declaration of Independence 1776

Constitutions, worldwide. Various Dates

As with the previous historical documents, we the people have an inalienable right to

stand together and to create this declaration. This declaration has been created by living

men and living women, to protect living men and living women, it has also been created

with no involvement from the crown and the state.

This position has already been established through the previously issued historical

documents, referred to above.

Given your refusal to respond, we the people require a written statement from you,

within seven days from receipt of the notice, to confirm the acceptance of the lawful

‘Declaration of the Common Law Court’ and to confirm that its terms will be complied

with.

If this acceptance is not confirmed within the seven days, we require the authority that

you refer to, which gives the Scottish Government and you the First Minister

(commercial entities), authority over living men and living women.

Bearing in mind that corporations can only deal with the person/corporation, they will

never obtain parity with a living man or living women and as such will never have any

authority or jurisdiction over them unless they can establish this.

In conclusion, we the people state that if the ‘Declaration of the Common Law Court’ is

not accepted, or if we receive no reply, we will take it that your adopted position and

that of the Government is that all previously issued historical documents are also no

longer acceptable to you, as they were created under similar conditions.

The previously issued historical documents can have no authority or standing in the

statutory system if the ‘Declaration of the Common Law Court’ is dismissed.

We the People

Subject Solely to the Authority and

Jurisdiction of the Common Law Court
