ORDER:-

ln the reference 4th read above, the Director of Municipat Administration,Tetangana, Hyderabad has stated that, the Commissioner, yettareddyMunicipatity has submitted a proposal for division of Yeltareddy Municipatity intotwetve (12) wards after fotlowing the due procedure as prescribed in G.O. 3'dread above. She has requested to issue final notification.

2. After careful examination of the matter, Government have decided toissue final notification of division of Yettareddy Municipatity into twetve (12)wards.

3. The fottowing Notification witl be pubtished in an Extra-ordinary lssue ofthe Telangana Gazette.

ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1 ) of section .10 of theTetangana Municipatities Act, 1965 read with retangana Municipalities (Divisionof Municipatities into wards) Rutes, 2019, issued in G.O.Ms.No.7g, MunicipatAdministration and Urban Development (MA) Department, dated 29.06.2019, theGovernor of retangana hereby notify the division of yettareddy Municipatity intotwetve (12) wards as described in the Annexure appended to the notificationwith immediate effect.
