PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

With over thirty four years in the Real Estate Industry, Bill brings to the table adepth of knowledge and experience rarely seen in today's real estate industry.Prior to real estate Bill was a banker for a number of years and organized a newNational Bank in Sussex County, Delaware. His banking career gave him a depthof knowledge in lending, and that experience is used extensively in his real estatepractice. Bill holds four Broker's license from various states allowing him to work inmany arenas of interest. His knowledge and experience has resulted in a verysuccessful real estate career, with hundreds of transactions and multimillion dollarproduction.

Over the years, Bill has been called upon to, "give back" to the real estate industryand he has done so many, many times. He is the Past President of the DelawareAssociation of REALTORS (DAR), serves as the RPIC for Delaware and is the FPCto Senator Coons. With DAR, Bill, has served as Treasurer, Director and Chair ofPublic Policy for four years. He is a Trustee for RPAC. He also serves on thenational MLS Committee for National Association of REALTORS, (NAR), and hasserved on Risk Management. At the local level in Sussex County, he is the PastPresident, of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS, (SCAOR) and pastChair of the MLS committee of which he has served on for 14 years. He serves onProfessional Standards, and the Grievance Committee . He also serves as aProfessional Witness for Planning and Zoning matters across the area.

Bill has received his MICP designation as a Master of Commercial Real Estate. Billcompleted his work at the Darden School at the University of Virginia inCharlottesville. The MICP admits Bill to a small group of commercial real estatepractitioners in the US.
