• ESL Staffing – intention to multi-skill, though recognition of need to balance flexibility with maintaining competency

• ‘Hub laboratory’ – refurbished facility designed around improved laboratory processes

• European commercial laboratory experience (LabCo)

• Co-locate services to maximise efficiency
