In and of itself this is significant. However this rises to the level of exemplary when a closer examination of the number of arrests reveals that the majority of these arrests were for Presidential Warrants and other Tribal Warrants of wanted individuals here in the Community. Ultimately Officer Ferrell’s motivation and enthusiasm has resulted in impacting the significant backlog of warrants here in the Community as well as removing a number of gang members from the streets. It is not about stats; however it is about outcomes. In this instance Officer Ferrell has impacted crime here in the Community. Officer Ferrell has demonstrated that he understands this important concept. Officer Ferrell should be commended for a job well done! Respectfully, Gregory Anderson, Captain

RE: Commendation Officer Ferrell
