German Commanders This guide will describe the commanders, sometimes referred to as "doctrines", available to the Germans. Festung Armor Doctrine

A defense-based doctrine with strong anti-tank capabilities. This doctrine gives the German armor several abilities that increase their combat effectiveness and survivability, followed by the most devastating off-map artillery in the game.

2CP – Panzer Tactician

All armored vehicles gain the ability to deploy a smoke screen blocking line of sight in an area. Incredibly useful against enemy tanks, weapon teams, or any anti-tank infantry squads, as they will not be able to shoot the vehicle without sight.

5CP – Hull Down

An upgrade that can be used by Pioneers, Grenadiers and Panzergrenadiers, allowing them to build defensive sandbags around your tanks, making them immobile yet giving them more protection from enemy fire, increased accuracy, and quicker reload times. The tanks can break cover and move at any time.

8CP – Pak43 Emplacement

Need a lot of AT firepower, but you have no fuel? The Pak43 emplacement is your solution. This massive 88mm gun, same caliber as the Tiger, can easily destroy any enemy tank from long range and through any obstacle, although it is stationary and turns slowly.

9CP – Command Tank

Allows a Command Panzer IV to be called onto the battlefield. With a smaller HE cannon than the standard PIV, the Command Tank is more effective against infantry but can only threaten lightly armored vehicles. The Command Tank also gives a defensive bonus to units residing in its aura (45).

12CP – Railway Artillery Support

The most devastating off-map artillery in the game. A Railway gun will fire three large caliber shells into the designated area, causing massive damage to any unit that is in the area. Its weakness lies in its cost and the ease with which units can evade the shots.

Festung Support Doctrine

A doctrine that suits a defensive playstyle. This doctrine contains a lot of on- and off-map artillery, cost-effective Relief infantry and sight blocking smoke bombs.

2CP – SdKfz 250/7 Mortar Halftrack

Not the strongest mortar in the game, but the fact that it is on wheels gives it the ability to bombard multiple areas at once. If micro’d properly this halftrack can be tough to catch. In addition to its standard high-explosive shells, it can also fire incendiary shells to burn out the enemy, and smoke rounds to cover retreats or assaults. Drive it from one engagement to the other, providing your infantry with vital support that can give you the advantage in any fight.

4CP – Smoke Bombs

A plane drops huge smoke bombs into the designated area, blocking line of sight for a short period of time. Similar to smoke grenades and smoke screens on a larger scale.

6CP – Relief Infantry

The use of this ability causes troops lost in combat to be replaced by "Ostruppen". This is a relatively weak fighting unit compared to other German infantry. They make up for their weak strength in cost effectiveness and large numbers, with reinforce costs much lower than normal German Infantry.

8CP – LeFH 18 Artillery

Allows construction of an on-map artillery piece. This light 10.5cm Field Howitzer doesn't have the destructive power of some Soviet artillery, but it counters with a good rate of fire and reasonably long range. This is an excellent unit to wreak havoc on the enemy defensive positions from a safe distance.

12CP – Sector Artillery

While the ability is active, any enemy unit that enters the designated area will be barraged by 105mm shells. This makes it an ideal ability to defend VPs or deny the enemy access to a sector without taking heavy damage.

Jaeger Armor Doctrine

A vehicle-focused doctrine with a weak early-game and great power during the late-game. Easily laid AT mines, useful air reconnaissance, and high line of sight coupled with the Elefant Tank Destroyer make it the best late-game doctrine.

2CP – Halftrack Riegel 43 Anti-Tank mine

The standard German halftrack can now lay heavy anti-tank mines. These mines will deal a lot of damage to any enemy vehicle that drives over them. Anticipate where the enemy will approach from, and place them on chokepoints.

4CP – Reconnaissance Overflight

A plane will fly over the designated area for a small period of time, revealing all enemy units and terrain near the location. Use it to find enemy anti-tank guns, MG positions, infantry movement or scout the base to see what your opponent is teching.

5CP – Spotting Scope

All tanks can now be upgraded with spotting scopes. When stationary, the line of sight of the unit will be greatly increased.

12CP – Stuka Bombing Strike

A JU-87D Stuka dive bomber is now available for air support. When used, it will bomb the designated area with a 50kg bomb inflicting heavy damage to any enemy unit that gets hit by it. If used on a captured sector, the bomb will neutralize the sector.

14CP – Elefant Tank Destroyer

Allows the Elefant Tank Destroyer to be called onto the battlefield. This behemoth has devastating range, firepower, and virtually impenetrable front armor. However, it’s lack of turret and slow speed make it vulnerable to flanking maneuvers.

Jaeger Infantry Doctrine

This doctrine is used best in combination with an infantry-heavy strategy. It contains several abilities and upgrades that provide greater tactical strength to your infantry, with powerful late-game artillery and air support. Its drawback is the large amount of munitions required for upgrades and call-ins.

1CP – Ambush Camouflage

HMG teams, Grenadiers and Panzergrenadiers can upgrade camouflage, giving them the ability to conceal themselves when in cover or deep snow making them invisible to enemy units. When attacking an enemy unit, the squad will break camouflage and do more damage for a very short period of time.

3CP – Jaeger Light Infantry

All German combat infantry can now be upgraded with two G43 semi-automatic rifles, replacing two of the standard K98k (Grenadiers) or MP44 (Panzer Grenadiers). Upgrading to G43s also gives the unit the ability to interrogate dying enemy units that are crawling on the ground, revealing positions of enemy forces on the map for a short period of time.

4CP – Tactical Movement

All infantry units will move as fast as possible while this ability is active. This ability is best used when you plan on moving multiple squads at once. A global "Oorah!".

8CP – Light Artillery Barrage

A light artillery barrage from nearby 7.5 cm le.IG 18 infantry support guns can scatter enemy forces. While not particularly powerful, these shells will force your opponent to react or take damage.

12CP – Stuka Close Air Support

One of the most powerful air attacks in the game. A Stuka bomber will attack the designated area for a short period of time, making several runs. The 37mm cannons will inflict heavy damage to enemy units inside the area of effect.

Assault Support Doctrine

This doctrine excels at gaining resources quickly and pushing into the late-game. Featuring the Opel Blitz Truck for gaining extra resources in the early game, a powerful Strafing Run, Fragmentation Bombs, and the devastating Tiger tank, this doctrine can counter nearly any threat.

1CP – Artillery Field Officer

An Artillery Field Officer specializing in supporting troops can be called onto the battlefield. The officer can co-ordinate artillery fire, call for smoke bombs to be dropped, and increase nearby infantry's combat effectiveness.

3CP – Cargo Truck

An ability that calls in an Opel Blitz Truck for 200 Manpower. This truck can ‘lock down’ anywhere in friendly sectors, granting extra munitions and fuel. The amount of extra resources are similar to the amount gained from a single strategic point. Only one allowed per sector.

A JU87-D will perform a strafing run on the designated area for a period of time. With two MG-17 Machine guns, the strafing run will cause damage to enemy infantry and suppress or pin them. An incredibly powerful call-in best used for its almost instant ability to pin infantry.

10CP – Fragmentation Bombs

High explosive fragmentation bombs are dropped on the designated area, inflicting heavy damage to all units in the area. Has a high cost and is easy to avoid; best used on units that cannot move.

13CP – Tiger Tank Unlock

The mighty Tiger tank can now be called onto the battlefield. This heavy tank is equipped with a powerful 88mm main gun, has strong armor and an upgradable MG42 on the top. It can take on any unit on the field.

Here are the 5 German commanders that are unlockable via the Collector's Edition or Downloadable Content.

Spearhead Doctrine

The Spearhead Doctrine is ideal for Ostheer players who want to field a highly-mobile, vehicle-heavy army. Vehicle smoke-screens allow your units to strike quickly and escape before the enemy can bring his anti-tank weapons to bear. Patient commanders will be rewarded with the ability to call a Tiger tank onto the field, a beast that strikes fear into even the most hardened of Soviet players.

2CP - Sd.Kfz. 250/7 Mortar Halftrack

The Sd.Kfz. 250/7 Mortar Halftrack with its 8cm mortar can provide vital battlefield support for infantry forces. In addition to its standard high-explosive shells, this halftrack can also fire incendiary shells to burn out the enemy, and smoke rounds to cover retreats or assaults.

Joint Operations Doctrine

This commander is ideal for locking down territory and pummeling the opposition from a strong, fortified position. It is useful against Soviet builds that focus on gaining early map control through heavy conscript play, followed up by armor. Howitzers and Pak 43s will allow you to claw your way back into the game, even without fuel.

1CP - Artillery Field Officer

An Artillery Field Officer specializing in supporting troops can be called onto the battlefield. The officer can co-ordinate artillery fire, call for smoke bombs to be dropped, and increase nearby infantry's combat effectiveness.

Storm Doctrine

The Storm Doctrine favors strategies that seek to overwhelm the enemy with fast-moving, hard-hitting Ostheer infantry power. Soften your opponent's defenses with artillery and blitz your grenadiers and panzergrenadiers into the gap!

A munitions-heavy doctrine that can benefit players who favor gambling with dramatic, "all-or-nothing"

assaults. G43 upgrades increase the firepower of Grenadiers and Panzer Grenadiers. Units that fall are replaced with Osttruppen until the awesome Tiger can be called on to put the boot in.

Special Operations Doctrine

Use stealth and surprise to catch the enemy off guard and defeat them before they can react. Units can hide themselves from the enemy until they are ready to strike. When attacking, combine a Panther PzKpfw V Command Tank with a grenade assault.

0CP - Radio Silence

25"When activated, all units are hidden on the enemy mini-map."

!You can use Radio Silence to surprise an enemy during an assault. Your units do not appear on the mini map, and if your enemy is not actively looking at your unit in the game world they cannot see you coming. When attacking with a large force from numerous flanks this ability can be highly effective.Tips from COH2.ORG

3CP - Infiltration Tactics

10 "Infantry who are kept out of combat for long periods of time will gain the ability to surprise assault, allowing them to use a special grenade ability."

!Use the inexpensive grenade during your assault to weaken enemy forces and put the engagement in your favor. With this ability several units have access to a total of 2 grenades, allowing them to be very lethal against opponents who aren't paying attention to different parts of the field. Use Radio Silence to sneak up on an unsuspecting group of enemies and then grenade them to pieces.Tips from COH2.ORG

3CP - Infrared StG44 Package

90 "Obersoldaten squads can be upgraded with StG44's equipped with infrared scopes. These weapons are powerful at long range."

!This upgrade makes Obersoldaten extremely lethal at long range and is one of the most outright deadly small arms damage profile in the game.Tips from COH2.ORG

4CP - Artillery Flares

60"Flares are fired at the target location, revealing the area."

10CP - Panther PzKpfw V Command Tank

"Germany's premier medium tank, the Panther has great frontal protection and a powerful gun. This command unit will improve the sight radius and movement of german vehicles. Effective against all armored vehicles. Weak to infantry anti-tank."

Luftwaffe Ground Forces Doctrine

Supporting forces of the luftwaffe will fight on the ground alongside the army. Deploy the Mg34 Heavy Machine Gun alongside heavy fortifications and flak emplacements while Gussi the elite Fallschirmjäger to flank and destroy. Use an airborne assault to hold key enemy territories.

1CP - MG34 Heavy Machine Gun Team

"Once set up, the MG34's approximately 900 rounds per minute encourage enemy infantry to keep their heads down. Heavy Machine Guns are effective against massed infantry within their firing arc."

!Considering the lack of weapons capable of suppressing units for the OKW, the MG34 represents a decent fuel-free low manpower early game choice to slow down the hordes of Conscripts or Riflemen. Always use with support.Tips from COH2.ORG

2CP - Heavy Fortifications

"Sturmpioneers can construct Tank Traps, Flak Emplacements, and Trenches."

!Flak Emplacements cost fuel which is at a premium for OKW players, but they can be used as AA support. The Trenches are also the most protective garrison in the game, and can provide great cover for your units. Garrison a Raketenwerfer inside the trench to give it superb small arms fire, and allow it to change directions quickly if a vehicle gets past it.Tips from COH2.ORG

3CP - Fallschirmjäger

"Elite Paratroopers infantry who can deploy behind enemy lines. These units are very disciplined, combining excellent offense and defense but with a high cost. Armed with FG 42 Light Machine Guns, these units are effective against infantry at all ranges."

!Deploy Fallschirmjäger's from a building to sneak up on an opponent, flank a machine gun, or bolster a defense. Spawning from a building allows Fallschirmjäger's to garrison, gain vision of an area quickly, and stay protected from potentially unseen enemy forces.Tips from COH2.ORG

6CP - Valiant Assault

100 "Inspire mobile infantry troops to move quickly and attack more effectively."

10CP - Airborne Assault

250 10 "Stukas will automatically recon and attack enemy units in the designated territory. Afterwards a squad of Fallschirmjagers will be dropped at the target."

Breakthrough Doctrine

Break through the enemy line with heavy armor and elite infantry support. Panzerfusiliers will recon the enemt position while the "Jadgtiger" Panzerjäger Tiger Ausf. B Heavy Tank Destroyer crushes the enemy armor allowing infantry to advance.

35 "Infantry units are trained to push through enemy lines more quickly. Enemy territory is neutralized quickly."

1CP - Sturm Offizier

"This Officer and his squad inspire nearby Oberkommando units to fight harder and has a number of abilities to weaken enemy units. If the Sturm Offizier is killed, nearby units will retreat. This Officer is escorted by his Obersoldaten bodyguards, effective at range."

!Even though the Sturm Offizier unit is not capable of vetting, it can still be very useful thanks to his "focus fire" ability that increases the damage received by a single enemy squad. This is particularly useful to take out enemy MGs before it pins your army.Tips from COH2.ORG

2CP - Panzerfüsilier

"Panzerfüsilier are light infantry equipped for long range fighting. Armed with rifles and Anti-Tank Rifle Grenades they are effective against infantry and can disable vehicles. Effective against infantry at long range, carry anti-vehicle rifle grenades."

!Panzerfüsilier are a unit designed to fight enemies at long range. Compared to the rest of the infantry weapon upgrades in the game tho (which have their weaknesses and their strengths), their G43 package upgrade represents a straight buff to their fighting capabilities. Keep in mind that, even tho Panzerfüsilier are a 6 men squad, they still wouldn't last long if flanked or ambushed by units armed with SMGs like Shock Troops or Paratroopers with Thompsons.Tips from COH2.ORG

12CP - Assault Artillery

200 "Barrages target enemy sector with high explosive shells followed by a smokescreen to cover the advance."

13CP - Jagdtiger Panzerjäger Tiger Ausf. B

"The Jagdtiger or 'Hunting Tiger' is one of the most powerful tank destroyers on any battlefield. Its extremely potent 128mm PaK 44 main gun can destroy any enemy tank while armor up to 250mm thick keeps the Jagdtiger on the front lines. Its poor maneuverability is its Achilles' heel. Effective against all vehicles, defenses and structures."

!The Jagdtiger has longer range than tank in the game at a whopping 85 range. Can penetrate any tank, but is incredibly slow. Speed and Maneuverability can be increased via a munitions upgrade.Tips from COH2.ORG

Elite Armored Doctrine (Rare)

Use superior equipment and experienced crewman to augment your armored forces. Plan your tactics with Signal Relay or recover your armor with an Emergency Repair. Use the Veteran Panzer IV Ausf J. group bolstered with veteran Panzer Commanders to spearhead the assault.

2CP - Signal Relay

50"Boosting signal range briefly reveals enemy vehicles on the mini map."

!Use Signal Relay when you are expecting an enemy assault and need to know exactly where armor and vehicles are coming from. Having the proper Ant-Tank weaponry in the right place when an enemy assault is inbound means the difference between victory and defeat/Tips from COH2.ORG

4CP - Emergency Repairs

50 "Vehicle crews gain the ability to repair critical damage on their vehicles. The crew is very vulnerable during this repair procedure."

!The ability for OKW vehicle crews to repair critical damage allows an immobilized and limping vehicle to quickly get back in shape to get out of the fight. Sometimes there is no way your vehicle will get away with engine damage, and a small reprieve in the fighting can be used to quickly repair the critical, drive away from the battlefield, and repair fully.Tips from COH2.ORG

7CP - High Explosive Anti-Tank (HEAT) Shells

!Considering the lack of weapons capable of suppressing units for the OKW (Kubelwagen being one of the few), the MG34 represents a great early game choice to stop the hordes of Conscripts or Riflemen. The Trenches are also the most protective garrison in the game, and can provide great cover for your units. !Be careful about dropping Paratroopers into the fog of war, too deep behind enemy lines, into forested areas, or urban environments. Unlike in COH1, Paratrooper soldiers can die if they land in trees or other obstacles! Use Pathfinder beacons to reinforce in the field, especially after airdropping an MG or AT gun. Paratroopers can be upgraded with either Thompson SMGs or Browning LMGs, the latter of which are extraordinarily good at long range. 4CP - Paradrop M1 57mm Anti-Tank Gun

"The M1 57mm is the standard frontline anti-tank gun. Its combination of good penetration and excellent accuracy are needed against heavily armored enemy vehicles. Effective against tanks. Weak to infantry."

!The P-47 Rocket Strafe is expensive, so use it wisely and in combination with other fighting units. See if you can prevent mobile targets from escaping by getting an engine crit first, then hit them hard with the rockets. "Overwhelm the enemy with elite American armored vehicles and supporting infantry. "The M10 'Wolverine' Tank Destroyer's 3 inch main gun has a decent armor penetration and its mobility allows it to flank the most heavily armored enemy vehicles. Effective against tanks and light vehicles. Weak to anti-tank weaponry."

!Mechanized Company is a great for players who want to field armor early and often. Make your early game Riflemen even harder to deal with by deploying a WC51 Jeep to flank enemy MG-42s and Kubelwagons. Refund the cost of your light vehicles with Withdraw and Refit and use those resources to get heavier armor. When enemy positions prove too tough to break with armored assaults you can rely on the 155mm Barrage to crack them open. 2CP - Withdraw and Refit

"US Forces vehicle units can be withdrawn from the battle for a return of resources."

!Units that withdraw with this ability refund 75% of their cost back to your resources. The unit will move to the edge of the map and disappear. The process cannot be reversed. Replace your WC51 and other vehicles when the battlefield becomes too dangerous for them! Remember, the crew of the vehicle is lost when you Withdraw and Refit it. 3CP - M3 Half-track Assault Group

"The open-topped M3 is spacious enough to carry two squads and its .50 cal heavy machine gun provides good firepower. Transports infantry. Transported troops can fire out of the M3. Light armor is easily penetrated."

"The M4A3E8 'Easy Eight' is the pinnacle of Sherman development. This mobile and accurate tank uses the smoother HVSS suspension and a stronger M1 76mm main gun than the standard tank. Can engage all targets, fires effectively while moving."

Guards Motor Coordination Tactics

2CP – Guards Rifle Infantry

The Guards Rifle Infantry are one of the elite infantry units of the Soviet Army and can be called in from off-map. Equipped with armor penetrating PTRS rifles for high damage against light and medium vehicles, they are a real threat to the German armor. The squad can also be upgraded with two DP-28 Light Machine Guns, giving them good anti-infantry capabilities.

2CP – HM-38 120mm Mortar

Call in a 120mm Mortar from off-map. It has a better range than its smaller counterpart, the standard PM-41 82mm Mortar. The 120mm rounds will put fear into your enemies’ soldiers.

7CP - Vehicle Crew Repair Training

Tank crews may now repair their damaged vehicles, at the expense of movement and combat capability for the duration of repairs.

8CP – Mark Vehicle

This ability lets you target an enemy vehicle. While the ability is active (for a duration of 60 seconds), the enemy vehicle is subject to an increase in "focused fire" which increases all damage done to the vehicle.

0CP – T34/85 Medium Tank

Build T34/85 Tanks from the Mechanized Armor Kampaneya. The scarier big brother of the T-34, the T-34/85 is both more heavily armored and

packs a bigger punch than the T-34. This medium tank can stand toe to toe with PIVs and may also utilize flanking and Mark Vehicle to cause problems for even the heaviest German armor.

Guard Rifle Combined Arms Tactics

Use it to dismantle your opponent’s defensive positions, or prevent squads from capping points. This field gun can be built by engineers anywhere on the map, except for the enemy base sectors. It has an incredibly long range, so build it in or close to your own base. Make sure to protect it as the enemy will be out to destroy it.

12CP – IL-2 Sturmovik Attacks

The IL-2 Sturmovik will patrol the designated area for a short period of time. Deals a high amount of damage to any enemy unit with powerful 23mm cannons, even able to slightly penetrate heavy German tanks. Lethal to infantry and an excellent area denial weapon.

Shock Rifle Frontline Tactics

2CP – Shock Troops

Shock Troops effective at close-range combat can be ordered onto the battlefield. Equipped with PPSh-41 submachine guns, bullet-resistant armor, smoke grenades and hand grenades, these hardened assault troops are dangerous close-quarters fighters.

5CP – AT-Gun Ambush Tactics

The ZiS-3 76mm AT-gun is granted the ability to camouflage itself while not firing, rendering it invisible to your enemies. Use it wisely and you’ll surprise any vehicle that tries to break through your lines.

7CP – Incendiary Artillery Barrage

The designated area will be bombed with incendiary rounds, dealing heavy damage to any infantry in the area. It is best used to defend Victory Points or other strategic points, as the flames will force your opponent to move out of the capping zone. Does not affect tanks, although it can scare away repairing engineers.

9CP – KV-8 Flamethrower Tank

Time to heat up the Eastern Front! Give your enemies a warm gift from the motherland with this KV-8 Flamethrower tank. This multi-purpose tank has the ability to switch between the use of a Flamethrower and of its 45mm main gun. It won’t beat a tank, but can deal decent damage to light vehicles and roast any infantry that tries to get close to it, all with moderate armor and health.

13CP – IS-2 Heavy Tank

Named after the Soviet leader Joseph Stalin, this tank is an absolute beast on the battlefield. Equipped with a massive 122mm main gun and heavily armored, this tank can take on any type of armor your opponent throws at you.

Shock Motor Heavy Tactics

2CP – Shock Troops

Shock Troops effective at close-range combat can be ordered onto the battlefield. Equipped with PPSh-41 submachine guns, bullet-resistant armor, smoke grenades and hand grenades, these hardened assault troops are dangerous close-quarters fighters.

4CP – Armored Vehicle Detection

Allows all infantry units to detect enemy armor through particular noise signatures for a short duration. This is valuable information to have, use it wisely! May not always seem to be useful, as the detection is not map-wide.

5CP – Conscript repair kit

Demonstrating pure ingenuity, Conscripts can repair any damaged structure, vehicle, or bridge. Your tank crews will thank you later.

12CP – IL-2 Precision Bomb Strike

The IL-2 Bombing run deals massive damage to any unit or structure. The IL-2 will make a high-speed run over the designated area and drop four "FAB-50" 50kg bombs. Effective against immobile targets such as artillery pieces or crippled tanks.

14CP – ISU-152 Heavy Assault Gun

This beast of a tank with a 152mm howitzer as main gun will cause massive destruction to anything it fires at. Houses, bunkers, infantry, and especially tanks are vulnerable to the ISU-152. The sound when a shell is fired will put fear into your enemy. Despite its high health, it has similar armor to the T34; keep this tank behind the frontline. Use the long range capabilities of the main gun wisely. As long as another unit provides line of sight, this tank can fire an incredible distance. Be sure to remember to switch between AP and HE rounds depending on the targets to engage

NKVD Disruption Tactics

0CP – Radio Intercept

Thanks to weak German cyphers, you can now learn when a new enemy building has been constructed as well as know when a fresh squad or vehicle has been called onto the battlefield.

4CP – Recon Flight

A plane will fly over the designated area for a small period of time, revealing all enemy units and terrain near the location. Use it to find enemy anti-tank guns, MG positions, infantry movement or scout the base to see what your opponent is teching.

6CP – Rapid Conscription

While this ability is active, every six men lost will grant one new conscript squad. This gives you more manpower to spend on purchasing other units, rather than reinforcing all your squads, effectively allowing you to trade munitions for manpower. This ability is best used in large engagements.

6CP – Fear Propaganda Artillery

Well, it's not real artillery. It won’t kill enemy units directly, but it will make them more vulnerable. Leaflets will be dropped on a targeted area, causing infantry to "question the morality of their actions", suppressing them or making them retreat at random.

14CP - ISU-152 Heavy Assault Gun

This beast of a tank with a 152mm howitzer as main gun will cause massive destruction to anything it fires at. Houses, bunkers, infantry, and especially tanks are vulnerable to the ISU-152. The sound when a shell is fired will put fear into your enemy. Despite its high health, it has similar armor to the T34; keep this tank behind the frontline. Use the long range capabilities of the main gun wisely. As long as another unit provides line of sight, this tank can fire an incredible distance.

Allows Combat Engineers to build tank traps. These obstacles will deter any tank from moving in your territory, and can be used to funnel enemy assaults.

Are the Axis giving you a hard time with a lot of vehicles? Are you struggling to survive? Do you feel like trying something crazy with all the munitions that you have saved up in the bank? If so, this ability might be for you! It gives you amazing power! Your power-level will rise by approximately 9500 skill points. THAT IS OVER 9000!!! Consider the amount of amazing stuff that you can do with these AT-grenades which are really strong for their cost; although they only work against stationary targets since there is a minor delay on the grenades – so, make sure that you first hit with a regular AT-grenade (the ability you upgrade from the HQ). It is possible to take down a Panther with AT grenades and 4 conscripts if you hit the Panther from the rear! (Careful, if you stand too close to your target, you will die as a result of splash-damage)

2CP - PMD-6M Anti-Vehicle Mines

This is the kind of power which only the most despicable people in life can afford to have since the price of the mine is your soul! The Devil himself has enhanced these mines with incredible god-like powers, which will stun ANY vehicle or tank. For the price of only 5 munitions, you obtain a cheap mine which can literally change the tide of the game... or turn the tables, if you will. These mines work really well with the PTRS upgrade for Conscripts and the 6-man AT grenade assault! You can take down some of the biggest tanks with these mines. Make sure that you plant these cursed, explosive devices everywhere: it may ensure that your enemy does not...make a sudden unexpected advance!

3CP - Conscripts PTRS package

This is the package from Hell! You will now believe that your horde of Conscripts will be invincible and since Relic buffed the PTRS in the recent patch, the PTRS carriers ARE pretty darn invincible! Actually previously you wanted to go with a maximum of 4 PTRS Conscripts (if you had 8 on the field), now you actually just want to prioritize this upgrade-package, so that all your Conscripts can obtain these superpowers. If you are close enough to an enemy squad, you will be able to skill-one-shot enemy models like a real pro. Do not be deceived though since there are a couple of ways to counter this threat. 

3CP - Engineer Salvage Kits

This is still the hidden buried treasure for most of the community, although the release of this Commander took place quite some time ago! A lot of people do not know the power hidden in this ability. The upgrade costs 100 munitions for your engineers, so protect them like they're VIPs and do not lose them since this costs a lot of munitions! It might be expensive, but the upgrade is still worth it. Just look at what you get from some of these:

Now is the time to roll in your army of T-34/76s! In the latest patch I have succeeded in killing off an Elefant which had 90% of its health using this ability.
