Come Together is the song that opens the album Abbey Road Beatles, released in September 1969.

Despite being signed as usual by Lennon / McCartney, is a composition mainly by John Lennon. Its duration is 4:20 minutes and was recorded in the third decade of July 1969 at Abbey Road Studio 3.

On October 31, came to Britain as a single, climbing up the rankings at No. 4. In the U.S. the single reached the top spot. It was the first Beatles single to contain songs already available on a 33 rpm.
