Girlie: Usually the rate for different market is different from other markets, Daniel

Daniel: So I signed up for a service, but since that service is not available in my market I was automatically signed up for less service at a higher price without asking my permission?
Girlie: It's not my intention to make you feel the way you are feeling right now, Daniel since I myself don't know also why your service is for Internet only with a rate of $66.95.
