Zulily is an online store headquartered in Seattle that offers daily sales events on products for mothers, young children and babies. They will be opening a 600,000-square-foot fulfillment center in the Village of Obetz, located within the Columbus Region. The project will create 580 jobs within a three-year period with a total payroll of over $14 million.

ExpressPoint is an industry-leading depot repair and supply chain service company that will soon open a logistics and repair facility in Grove City, Ohio. The company received a five-year incentive agreement from the city and in the first year will get a 50 percent rebate, receiving an estimated $10,000 in employee income taxes. They made the decision to move to the Columbus Region after conducting a logistics study that showed central Ohio would be a better location to serve its customers.
