Tips sheet!Now you have your Aliens Love Underpants activity pack you can organise a massive
celebration to celebrate 10 years of the brilliant Underpants series! Here are our top tips and suggestions for making the most of the pack and running a successful event.
1. Advertise Use the enclosed large poster to advertise the event well in advance. Tell local schools, playgroups and coffee shops about your event and when the aliens are landing! And let your local newspaper know too.
2. Dress Up Encourage children to come to the party in alien, dinosaur, pirate or monster - all in underpants of course - fancy dress. You could even offer prizes for the best costume. Take photos!
3. DecorateDecorate an area in your shop, library or school in an alien, dinosaur, pirate or monster themed style - e.g. a space planet, a dinosaur cave, a pirate ship or a monster castle. Be creative!

Step-by-step
1. Once you’ve decorated your hat and eye patch,ask an adult to help you
cut around the outside of the patch and the hat.
2. Make two holes where shown and attach some string or elastic to fit around your head, then proudly
wear your pirate hat and eye patch!
Why not get creative and try using a variety of materials from glitter, feathers and finger paints to stickers, sequins and felt-tip pens!

Monster mask!
Decorate your very own monster mask! Once you’ve decorated your mask, ask an adult to help
you cut around the dotted line. Then cut out the marked holes and attach some string or elastic to fit around your head, then proudly wear your monster mask!
