When you recognize a Yellow, and you know you are talking to a nurturer, you can become yellow yourself. It’s easy.

Blues are about having fun. When you recognize a Blue, just think “FUN”!! That’s what’s most important to them. And having a little more fun is not going to hurt you.

Green, of course, has to analyze everything. What’s so amazing is, if you’ll slow down the speaking with them and be open and honest with them, you’ll help them be open and honest with you.

When you’re dealing with Red, stroke their ego. It doesn't cost you anything, and it can bring big results. Red is about themselves, period. Let them think that they are in control. Give them the power, and they will do fantastic things.
