Colorado State Flag

The state flag has two wide blue stripes, one wide white stripe in the middle, and a red C touching all three stripes with a yellow circle inside the red C.

State Motto and Nickname The state motto is “Nil sine Numine

Nothing without Providence.” The state nickname is Centennial state/

State bird

This bird is 7”(8cm) long. It eat insects ,grass, and forb seeds. It nest in dry plains. It lays 4-5 pale blue ,greenish blue eggs, occasionally spotted with reddish – brown . 0.9” (22mm) Longevity record 4years and 0 months.
