Department of Nursing Education and Training would like to seek permission from your good office as we request forsome financial assistance/sponsorship. The Philippine Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons. will conduct its 6th Biennial Congress ASEAN Society of Colorectal Surgeons and the 3rd Scientific Meeting on March 29 and 30,2012 at Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Manila . The fee for the said convention amounts to 1,500Php for pre-registrationuntil March 27 and 2,000Php for on-site registration.

Employee(s) who will be provided sponsorship for this specific convention will be given training contract coming fromthe HR department. The main purpose for the contract will provide time for the staff to practice and share theknowledge acquired.
