OverviewThe Collision partner add-ons store is where partners can order additional items or services they require for their exhibition stand or event activation.

Items ordered are for the duration of the event (unless specified otherwise in item description) and are provided by the event organiser. Partners are responsible for the safe keeping and care of the items during the event.

All items ordered must be returned to the event organiser at the end of the event.

What items/services are available on the store?

Items are available in the following categories:

1. AV a) Screens  b) Screen mounting

2. Connectivity a) Ethernet cables b) Custom networks package

3. Electrics and lighting a) Electrics – single service b) Electrics – 24-hour service c) Electrics – Overhead connection d) Lighting

4. Furniture a) Furniture b) Carpet

5. Labour and services a) Labour (cleaning, stand security, general crew) b) Services (rigging, storage)

6. Lead retrieval

7. Meeting rooms

Do I have to set up an account on the store?

You must have an account to order items from the partner add-ons store. You can set up your account using the Create an Account option, located in the top left of the header above the cart button.

Please set up only one account per company and use this account to order all items you require. You will receive an account confirmation to the email you provided when setting up your account. Any confirmations of orders placed on your account will also be sent to the email provided when setting up your account.

Do I have to add an address to my account?

Once you set up your customer account, we recommend that you add an address. This is done as follows:

• Go to your My Account page (this can be accessed by clicking your name in the top left corner of the header – NB you must be logged in)• On the My Account page click View Addresses• Click Add a New Address on the Your Addresses page• Add your address and click as default address.• The last field titled N/A should be left blank• The address added to your account will appear at the checkout stage as your default billing address.

How do I order the items I require?

The process for ordering the items you require from the store is as follows:

1. Find • Go to the category you think your item is located • Find the item you would like to order and click into it

2. Add to Cart • Click add to cart (you will be taken to the cart stage after doing this).

3. Multiple units • If you would like to add multiple units of an item, this is done at the cart stage.

4. Add other items from store • If you require more items you can continue to browse the store and add other items to your cart. • Once all items have been added to the cart, you are ready to go to the checkout.

5. Checkout • Go to your cart and click checkout.

6. Account • In order to checkout you must be logged into your account. If you are not logged in, you must login using your email and password. If you do not have an account you must set one up to proceed to checkout.

How does the checkout process work?

Once you proceed to the checkout you will be taken to the Customer Information page. Here your customer account address will automatically populate the billing address. If you would like to add a different billing address, this can be done by clicking on the Stored Address field and selecting New Address.

At the bottom of the Billing Address section, you will be asked to input your exhibition booth number. You must include your exhibition booth number here. If you do not know what your exhibition booth number is then you should contact your partner success manager.

Why is it compulsory to add my booth number at the checkout stage?

At the bottom of the Billing Address section, you are asked to input your exhibition booth number. You must include your exhibition booth number here. There are two reasons for this:Adding your booth number to your order helps us to identify the exact stand to which the items ordered should be provided.If you have contracted a stand builder and they will be ordering items for you, they can set up their own account. However they must include your exhibition booth number on their order (as required at the checkout phase). Again, this is so we can identify the stand to which the items ordered should be delivered.

What payment options are available?

The following payment options are available:

1. Credit card

2.PayPal

3.Invoice method. This means that you can process your order, but will not be charged at the checkout phase. In order to process your payment, you will be sent an invoice by our finance team. This is for cases where you may not be able to pay using a credit card or PayPal. Note that your order will not be delivered at the event unless payment is processed in advance.

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This is sent to the email address on your customer account. You can also view your past orders on your My Account page (click on your name in top left of the header while logged in to access this).Once you have placed your order, it will enter our system and we will ensure that is provided to you at the event.

What happens if I order the wrong item/no longer want an item?In this scenario please contact your partner success manager with the details of what happened and they will be able to advise you on the best course of action.

What if an item(s) I require isn’t on the store?

Should you require an item that isn’t available on the store there are two options:

1. Contact your partner success manager and let them know the specific item(s) you require. They can inquire if it is possible to supply the item you require even though it is not listed on the store. However please note that this will only be possible in limited circumstances and we can’t guarantee that we will be able to supply any items that aren’t listed on the store.

2. You may bring the item yourself. You should always consult your partner success manager on the items you would like to bring to your stand to get their approval.

Who do I contact if I have any issues with the Collision partner add-ons store?Should any issues arise, or if you are experiencing any difficulties, then you should contact your partner success manager with the details. They will be able to assist you in resolving any difficulties
