The college website has been developed for our college is an

effort to make it as attractive and dynamic as possible.

It is used to collect details of the particular college

whether it is concerned with its management or with theirstudent details.

Able to give the data of the faculty.

Helps in decision making tasks

Quick retrieval of news & events, timetable etc.

This website is totally full of information and details of

person joined with that institute.

Earlier for any information we have to contact the

administrator which require lots of time & efforts.

Through this website the person can easily get the information

about the college at his home.

The motive of our project is to control various activities

performed.

From the beginning, the important thing in my mind is

to concentrate on the project that is easy to understandand which is according to our daily requirement

I have chosen College website modulebecause there is

an important uniqueness i.e. immediately information is

Operational Feasibility:The system being developed has user-friendlyinterfaces and does not require expertise incomputers for the employees of the organization to

operate it.

Technical Feasibility:Technical feasibility emphasis on the extent towhich the upcoming system can support the presentsystem and the additions, if any are to be made interms of both hardware and software.

Economical Feasibility:Economical analysis is the most frequently usedtechnique for evaluating the effectiveness of a

proposed system. Economical feasibility is mostcommonly known as cost benefit analysis

ABOUT PHP

PHP is a general-purpose scripting language

originally designed for web development to produce

dynamic web pages. For this purpose, PHP code is

embedded into the HTML source document, which

generates the web page document. PHP was originally created by Rasmus Lerdorf in

1995. PHP is free software released under the PHP

License which is incompatible with the GNU General

Public License (GPL) due to restrictions on the usage of

the term PHP. While PHP originally stood for "Personal Home

Page", it is now said to stand for "PHP Hypertext

Preprocessor", a recursive acronym.

We have written our script in Apache Server included

CONCLUSION

On basis of problems definitions and solution, database,

forms and reports were designed using html pages and MySQL

Server.

The entire session proved to be a learning experience as it

not only gave the knowledge about developing a project but

various other parameters involved in development of a project.

The training period was really a very enriching and

informative experience for me. I got the feel of the industry

and the field besides development my programming skills. I

got to learn various practical applications of the commonlyused software.

The project name COLLEGE WEBSITE developed

and was found to perform reasonably well with sufficient

accuracy. In the end, I would once again thank all the persons

who made such a kind of training possible for me.

LIMITATIONS

It is a Web Application It has its own Drawbacks and

its own security risks.

This application requires a knowledgeable person to

operate it.
