III) Cabinet Update Cabinet Update- Max Lies (Director of Academic Concerns) Question of student representation on Academic Governance Council Currently termed the Academic Affairs Council, will turn into the Academic Governance Council next year, which will possibly include student representation Wants to restore student representation to AGC Talk with one professor you are closer with, ask them what they think about student representation on the AGC, see why or why not they support it
IV) Round Table Crossroads Saturday-Sunday, open 12:00-3:00 Rehm/Music open earlier on weekends, later on weekdays Professor search on STAR Should be able to see how many seats are reserved for freshman More Hydration stations Loyola Gym and Weights Position paper on Flooding Damage

VI) Foreign Affairs Update Abroad Contacts Luth Complex Tour
VII) SBC Update Asked for $3000, $1300, $700 loan to be repaid, $2600 left in the budget
VIII) RSO Update Action for Education- unequal access to education in Latin America
Co-founded education- goal is to raise money to fund this school and raising important issue of access to education in Honduras School is only offered to fifth grade School currently has four classrooms Scholarship program to attend the school. Why Honduras? Co-founder was from this area, always wanted to start a school in this area
RSO Spotlight: Sons of Pitches One of four acapella groups on campus Group is on an upward trend, working towards intra-school competitions, can’t continue on this upward trend for much longer without funding from the school Offers to perform at Roger Williams, UConn College, Simmons College, ICCA’s

Public Safety Appreciation- November 7-11
Similar to student affair appreciation, will feature two public safety officers every day along with facts about things they do that students might not know
Election Night Event at the Pub Will have a screen broadcasting the election

Budget Status $84.95 left in budget, however, $200 donated by HC Athletics, $100 donated by Mr. and Mrs. Greco

Science Lockers Holly met with John Cannon, capital needs estimate, withdrawal of proposal, wants us to collaborate with someone on Cabinet to Put in contact with someone in the sanitary department to further process
