Gender or people surveyedI surveyed people for a college magazine, and my first question was to ask them their gender. As you can see from the results there are clearly more males than there are females. From this we are aware that it has an impact on further results.

Content In this question I asked people what they would want the magazine to be about. Once again we have a variety of results the top 2 being sport and music. Technology got no votes indicating people don’t want to read about technology so my magazine will definitely not be about that.

How often would you buy the magazineI decided that I wanted to find out how often people would want to buy a magazine so I asked them and gave them several options to chose from. People buying magazines monthly is clear to be leading the way with the most votes for that, which helps me on when to release the magazine.

How much would you pay In this question I wanted to find out how much people would be willing to pay for the magazine, so I would be able to set a reasonable price for them to purchase it. As you can see from the results, most people don’t want to spend anymore than £2 on the magazine.

Colour scheme

This question was all about the colour scheme that people would like to see on the magazine, as colours are a big part in magazines and they are what catch the readers or draw them in as its what they first see. Black and white, soft colours both got 15 votes each where as bright colours a fair few more than this. This shows me how people would want the magazine to look and how what sort of colours they are looking for.

Design

Based on the people I surveyed for this question most of them said classy and bright, hardly any of them said neutral so I will aim to either make it classy or bright as that’s what the majority of people want.

Freebies, Yes or No?I thought that I best ask this question to see what people would say about freebies, and its clear to see that mostly everyone wants freebies which in understandable as freebies attract people to get the magazine just show they can get the freebie.
