Large mouth-shaped box with symbolic food items inside. On the front side of the box is a giant smile. In order to win the prize from the promoter you should reach the food items inside the mouth. You can see them through interdental spaces of a smile, but cannot reach them.

The only way to do it is to use the Colgate SlimSoft toothbrush that promoter gives you. The bristle of the toothbrush will be sticky, so the items (that symbolize food residuals) will stick to the toothbrush and you could get them out and exchange for prize.
