"ES" BOP 3.06" and 4.06": Lightweight high pressure

coiled tubing BOP package. Features include hydraulic ram

change, balanced shear piston and combi shear seal and pipe

slip ram capabilities.

Over/Under Stripper Packer: This new design Stripper

Packer combines a Side Door and Tandem Side Door into one

tool. Two independently controlled pistons activate separate

packers to easily switch from one packer to the next. The

overall height is within inches of a conventional Side Door

Stripper Packer.

With machining facilities in Houston, Aberdeen, Dubai, Singapore

and Perth, Elmar is able to offer clients WL and TCP guns to their own

particular design and material specification. Modern CNC machines, to

include laser machines, ensure the accurate manufacture of guns at a

competitive price. With 5 regional facilities and a global manufacturing

capacity of over 1 M ft of guns per year, Elmar is well positioned to

achieve the most demanding delivery requirements.

Gun body material can be eitherfree issued by the

client or purchased by Elmar from client approved mills. All

guns are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:1994.

Holing and Slotting of tubulars now available at Elmar.

A dedicated facility at Elmar Aberdeen houses 5 specialized

machine tools that pre-hole or pre-slot oil industry casing and liner. First

established in 1992, this facility has successfully managed individual

projects in Europe and Africa requiring over 100,000 Ft. slotted casing.

Hole size can be from .375" to 1" and slot widths from .012" to

.25". A full deburring service is available priorto inspection

and delivery. This service is offered in accordance with

1809001:1994.
